Audio problem: At the end when Borelli is getting ready to take off, in the close ups you can see the main rotor blades starting to turn, getting ready to fly. But the sound suggests that the rotors and engine are already at full power.

Continuity mistake: When Whistler is giving Blade the injection, watch the vial. It starts full, then in a close up, you can see the serum level drop. Then the camera goes to a wide shot, and the fluid level is almost full and dropping, The next close up, and the serum level falls to completely empty.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when Lassard says "You men stop that!" Thompson's hair is in a tight bun. After she turns around and shows herself, and the camera cuts to Lassard and back, her hair is suddenly down and flowing.

Continuity mistake: When Mahoney first meets Jonsey, his (Jones') hands are cuffed behind him. Then he demonstrates why he's there in the station. His left hand has the cuff on. Then it's behind him again. Then, as he goes to mime playing a harmonica after Mahoney is led away, he rubs his right wrist as if it were cuffed the whole time.

Visible crew/equipment: Toward the end of the episode, after the two women are taken out by the Gestapo, Shultz, Hogan, Lebeau, and Newkirk are standing having a drink. The camera goes in for a close-up on Shultz, there is a noticeable shadow of the camera on Shultz's coat, and right arm.

Other mistake: After Shultz herds the prisoners into the barracks, Hogan opens the door and motions to Newkirk in the tank to get going. Problem is, there are no side viewports for Newkirk to see Hogan, and it looks like he motions to the camera. Also, Shultz is at the wrong end of the building to see the tank go into the end of the barracks.

Continuity mistake: When in Hogan's quarters, they're planning to steal a Tiger Tank from the Germans. When Hogan rolls up the map, the holder it's on magically slides back into the wall. Any other time, he has to push it back.

Revealing mistake: Toward the end of the episode, Henry is talking to a general on the phone when the chopper is coming in. He's trying to tell the man that he can't hear him. As he continues trying to talk, he gives up, and hangs the receiver up on the skeleton's head. If you look, you can see the hook that was conveniently placed for the gag.

Trivia: Field Marshall Richter's car is a Rolls Royce. It can be determined first from the radiator. It has the base for the famous flying lady, but she is missing. Second, there is a rectangle on the face of the radiator that appeared to have once had the Rolls Royce logo plaque. Also, the body style and the small trunk with the small top-mounted access panel are suggestive of the Rolls Royce.
