Continuity mistake: When Martin Short climbs over the hood of the Jeep, he knocks the windshield glass completely out of the frame. A minute later, the glass is installed as normal.

Continuity mistake: There is one scene where Martin Short is eating eggs. In one scene the plate is half eaten, then it's complete again, and then once again half eaten.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Martin Short fell from the jeep and Danny Glover is looking for him, the back door of the jeep appears closed then open and then closed again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Martin Short is eating his eggs there's more juice in his glass the second time he drinks from it.
Continuity mistake: When Eugene goes to sit in the broken chair, the chairs are all pretty much pushed in. Then when it cuts to him sitting, his chair is pulled out much more, without him doing anything. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: At the start of the quicksand scene, Campanella is carrying his jacket over his shoulder in the initial shot but not in the next one. (01:01:21)
Continuity mistake: When Eugene and Raymond are at the hotel bar, talking about the girl in red, Raymond is holding his drink as he leans back, but the next shot the drink is on the table.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Martin Short is in the clinic, he is talking to a fellow patient. The Spanish patient offers him a cigarette and while they are both smoking Danny Glover walks in. While Short and Glover are conversing, there is a shot of the Spaniard in the background smoking. Then the next shot (less than a second later) the Spaniard is lying down with no cigarette.
Continuity mistake: When the car falls off the cliff, which is supposed to be in the middle of the jungle, you can see the paved road and power lines when the car hits the bottom. (01:26:13)
Continuity mistake: When Proctor shows Campanella the traumatized patient, he is holding a Spanish dictionary on one hand. In the next shot, he's holding it with both hands.
