Continuity mistake: A little boy finds a tarantula at the start of the episode and picks it up, letting it crawl over his hands. In the overhead shot of his hands, it shows him letting it crawl up his left wrist and start to get on his sleeve. But in the next shot from in front, suddenly the spider is in the middle of both his hands crawling over them.
Continuity mistake: After Gus goes to the restroom, there's a shot of the cartel leader smoking a cigar as he turns to look at Jesse. The cigar is burnt down nearly to the band around it where his fingers are. When it cuts to a different angle to him taking it out of his mouth, suddenly there is much more cigar left above that band.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, Marie is escorting Hank out to Walter's car and is behind him when she makes a bee buzzing sound. It cuts to a different angle as Walt walks around his car and suddenly she's walking directly to Hank's right.
Audio problem: Abby is yelling at the ghosts that she doesn't like one, and then "I don't like you either" to another one. The ADR is so off that almost no words match up with her mouth movement.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, Mike, Jesse and Gus are standing together out in a field. When the camera cuts to a closer angle, suddenly their positions shift around very noticeably.
Continuity mistake: Using the slingshot, when Bev is about to shoot the cans and bottles, there are 2 white bottles, 2 black bottles, and 3 brown cans. After she shoots the bottles, somehow a third white bottle appears to be shot after the first two were already gone.
Factual error: The kids are leaving a movie theater that's playing I Was a Teenage Werewolf. This film was released in June of 1957. So one, they are in 1960 and this film would not still be playing. And two, they were shown still attending school, but they would not be attending school in June during summer break.
Suggested correction:Before the rise of home video, movies had much longer theatrical lives. It was not uncommon for a film like this to be shown as a Saturday matinee years after its initial release. I personally remember a local theater showing movies from the 60s well into the 70s.
Continuity mistake: Richie is wearing a green brown and white striped shirt when we first see him in the school. But moments later he's wearing a solid mint green shirt.
Continuity mistake: After Genos burns the swarm, it burns off Saitama's clothes, a sign falls down and covers Saitama's genitals in censoring. When the camera angle changes to behind him, the sign disappears.
Continuity mistake: During the chase after John witnesses a woman get kidnapped, one of the thugs shoots out of the driver's side headlight of his blue van. A couple of shots later, the headlight is back in and it's there for the rest of the chase.
Factual error: The police officer that shows up does two stupid things in a row that real police would never do. When investigating a kidnapping, he calls in what the car was they were looking for. Which he sees. Instead of calling for back up, or even mentioning to dispatch that he found a car that looks like it, after coming from a murder scene at a gas station and following a map left behind to this spot, he approaches the car alone, without calling for back up, or drawing his weapon. Shortly thereafter, he finds the kidnapped boy inside the car, who tells him the man who took him is in the house. The officer then proceeds to go into the house alone to look for a dangerous kidnapper without waiting for backup, even mentioning to the kid that his partner is on the way.(00:32:00 - 00:33:35)
Factual error: When the multiple vehicles are chained together and latched onto the helicopter, the chopper starts lifting up hard enough so that most of the vehicles are off the ground with the lead one only touching by the front wheels. The driver then hits NOS in the car to super charge the front wheels. We see them spin on the dirt road and pull the other cars down bringing the chopper down. However this defies almost every law of physics. With the cars lifted up and the weight taken off the front wheels of that vehicle, and it being on dirt with no spikes, there's no way it would have the traction to pull the chopper down at all. It would just peal out in the dirt.(01:45:40)
Continuity mistake: In the fight with the ninjas where Lu and Cage are fighting 3 guys each while Sonya only fights one, there's a shot where Cage grabs a guy with a spear extended out by his right arm. In the next shot, it's on his left side instead.
Other mistake: The Huntress: If you wear the Forest Eagle-Owl Skull head piece on Huntress, with the Red Sarafan body, the vale on the head dress will clip through the fur coat part on Huntress' back as she turns her head.
Continuity mistake: After Walt makes the ricin poison and Jesse is holding it in the little vial, the position Jesse is holding it changes between shots. Holding it in one hand up looking at it from side angles, to the front angle view him holding it more outstretched and in both hands.
Continuity mistake: After David has sent his daughter texts asking since when does she not text at school, it shows he's in a video conference with some other people split onto 3 screens on his computer. The image of his boss above and the image of the 3 people to the left of David's video never changes. However, upon cutting to closer or further angles of David's video, it frequently switches back and froth from a mirrored image or not. Despite there being no reason for it switching depending on the movie's camera.(00:15:40)
Continuity mistake: After Walt and Junior are about to go see Hank's mineral collection, Hank's front door is still open. The camera cuts to Hank for a moment as he turns his wheelchair to move down the hall and Walt and Junior soon follow. In the next shot, suddenly the front door has closed by itself. There was not enough time for Walt to have closed it and it would have been heard if he did.
