Factual error: At the climax of the movie, when Bond is holding Trevelyan by his foot over the dried lake and the dialog exchange of "For England, James?" "No... for me.", Bond lets go of Trevelyan. He then falls a very long distance onto solid concrete. A short time later, the movie shows Trevelyan still alive and moving his head around. This is not possible. A fall from that that height, especially falling on concrete, would have killed him instantly. The shot of him hitting showed him landing on his head and back first. This would have crushed his skull, and snapped his spine. Even if that didn't kill him, it would have knocked him out cold. The mistake goes even further though. The antenna array then explodes and falls on Trevelyan, while he screams at the top of his lungs. Even if someone was somehow able to survive that fall, the damage done to their body would have caused massive internal damage and bleeding. Trevelyan's lungs would have filled with blood. There is no way he could have screamed, let alone that loudly. So this mistake is twofold. The fall would have killed him instantly. And even if not, he could not have possibly screamed. (01:59:05)

Suggested correction: This is simply your opinion. There is record of people surviving skydiving falls where their chutes didn't open. While it is likely he would have died on impact or been unable to move or scream if surviving, it is not a certainty.

Tremors 4: The Legend Begins (2004)
Continuity mistake: It is established in the film that the Graboids have 3 'tongues' - but when the women are trapped in the wagon, they shoot two of the tongues of the Graboid hunting them, then two more tongues come out of it. (01:28:35)

Galaxy Quest (1999)
Audio problem: Right after the Thermians become sad over the mention of Gilligan's Island, Alexander rolls his eyes and starts to turn away, while you can hear him saying "Oh brother." However his lips are not moving for this indicating the line was dubbed in.
Suggested correction: It's quite obviously Laredo/Tommy's voice saying "Oh, brother" off camera. Not Alan Rickman. Their voices don't sound anything alike. You can see for yourself at this clip at about 1:03: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26tWWopd_3g.
Suggested correction: It is not Alexander who says it, but most likely Guy.
No it's Alan Rickman's voice.
It's definitely not Alan Rickman's voice. It's Tommy/Laredo's voice off camera saying the line.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012)
Continuity mistake: In The Lord of the Rings, when the map of Lonely Mountain is shown, it says "Here of old was Thrain king under the mountain" (referring to an ancestor of Thror and not Thorin's father who has the same name and was never king under the mountain). But throughout The Hobbit, the map instead says "Here of old was Thror king under the mountain."
Suggested correction: Thrain was king after Thorin. The map would have been updated after Thrain's death, and he was subsequently buried there.
Thrain II was king after Thorin I and father of Thorin II (Oakenshield), but as said he was never king under the mountain but was king during their exile, Thror was the one who went back to Erebor to sit on the throne again until Smaug sacked it. The Thrain mentioned on the map is Thrain I (father of Thorin I), who is the founder of the kingdom under the mountain after Durin's folk were exiled from Moria by the Balrog (Durin's Bane, Durin being Thrain I's grandfather).
Also, even disregarding that, it is impossible for the map to have been updated to say a different dwarf's name, because the map is given to Bilbo at the end of the trilogy, and the ending shows a close-up of the map with "Thror" still written on it, whereas in the LOTR trilogy, where we see the exact same scene of Gandalf arriving at Old Bilbo's house (albeit from Gandalf's point of view rather than Old Bilbo's), Gandalf sees the map and it says "Thrain" on it.

Rampage (2018)
Character mistake: When George throws one of the soldiers through the cockpit door of the plane, you get a brief glimpse at the pilot and co-pilot, both of which are wearing a Bose headphone/mic set. However the co-pilot has his one backwards, with the mic bent from the right side when it's meant to be on the left. (00:44:50)

Rampage (2018)
Other mistake: Davis tells Kate to go and she jumps out of the falling plane, her chute opening. Davis then takes a minute to free Harvey from the plane as it's still falling before they both get out. Once they are free falling he takes a few seconds before he pulls their chutes as well. However as they are coming down close to the plane crash site, Kate is near level with them in altitude as they are all coming down together. With how high she was when she jumped out compared to the time it took for Davis and Harvey to get out of the plane and open their chutes, she would have been several minutes behind them in the sky, not right next to them. (00:47:45 - 00:49:05)
Suggested correction: She jumped first and would have already descended in altitude. Then the guys jump and freefalled and pulled their chutes so it is plausible they caught up to her altitude when their chutes opened.

Inside Out (2015)
Corrected entry: One of the major details in the movie is that the moving truck is missing and hasn't delivered the furniture. However, after Riley's first day of school, the family can be seen eating dinner at a table in the house, before the moving truck arrived. Either that mistake somehow went unnoticed or they just expected us to believe that her family went out and bought a new table and chairs for some reason.
Correction: A table to eat at would be one of the primary things they would need. It's relatively easy to find a cheap table at a discount store or secondhand store.

Super 8 (2011)
Continuity mistake: After the train crash and Joe is back home, his dad wakes him up and he is facing off to the side as he opens his eyes and starts to lift his head. It cuts to a different angle showing the white cube in the foreground and suddenly Joe is looking up fully at his dad. (00:26:40)
Suggested correction: I watched a few times and saw a rather good, smooth series of movements - they did not look awkward at all. I did not see what you saw, which leads me to suspect corrections were made or your DVD player "skipped."
Maybe one more person will check his/her copy.
A small hiccup in the stream might be an even better explanation for the discrepancy - in which case "I saw what you didn't see" would be more accurate than "I didn't see what you saw."

Teen Titans Go! To the Movies (2018)
Other mistake: Everyone arrives on set at the same time but somehow Beast Boy goes and returns to the toilet within seconds.
Suggested correction: This is a case of cartoon logic at play, and therefore is not a mistake. Within seconds of Beast Boy going to and out of the bathroom most of the other Titans also somehow go in and do their thing and then leave the bathroom right after each other with no real time between. This is just part of the silly world of this cartoon.

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
Corrected entry: When Enterprise finally defeats Khan in the Motara Nebula, Uhuru starts transmitting the order to surrender for one minute and 18 seconds before Khan activates Genesis. That was more than enough time for the Enterprise crew to beam Khan on board the enterprise and either arrest or kill him. (01:28:48 - 01:30:06)
Correction: The nebula interferes with a lot of systems. The sensors were not functioning and they could barely get a clear visual on the viewscreen. The transporters would not be able to lock onto Khan.

Rocky Balboa (2006)
Other mistake: Prior to the fight, it showed the champ at 33-0 with 30 KOs, but they stated pre-fight that he has never been the distance in any of his fights.
Only the ref can stop a fight. If a cornerman throws in the towel, that won't stop the fight unless the ref decides it does indeed need to be stop. When the ref stops a fight early, that's recorded as a KO for the winner's ring record.

Terminator Genisys (2015)
Factual error: During the opening narration Kyle Reese states that Skynet attacks humanity on August 12, 1997. In the shot of missiles decimating San Francisco, multiple 2005-present Toyota Priuses, Dodge Chargers and other late model cars are seen.
Suggested correction: That 1997 was from another timeline before the events in Terminator 2 altered history. It's possible those models may have existed earlier in that timeline than in our world.
This is assuming too much about the alternate timelines. There would have to be more concrete evidence that such things would be altered in said timelines. Also, considering that timeline is supposed to be what took place from Terminator 1 in its own separate timeline, we would go still by our own following the events of it leading up.

The Imitation Game (2014)
Character mistake: In the movie it is stated that "There are 159 million, million, million possible Enigma settings. All we had to do was try each one. But if we had 10 men checking one setting a minute for 24 hours every day and seven days every week, how many days do you think it would take to check each of the settings? Well, it's not days; it's years. It's 20 million years." This is massively understating it - if it would take 10 men only 20 million years to check all the settings of Enigma they would have to each check 251,861 combinations per second. Common mistakes
Corrected entry: It's very common for shows, games, or movies that take place after the end of the world to still show people using fossil fuels like gasoline and diesel in vehicles. However, with the production of gas having ended, this could not last very long. Even when properly stored, civilian gas supplies would go bad and be unusable after about a year, diesel a little longer but not by much. Private stashes of gas, like in cans, would only last about 5 months. And the military supplies of gas would, at best, last for 5 years.
Correction: Stored gasoline is typically treated with fuel stabilizer (about 2 ounces of stabilizer will treat 5 gallons of gasoline and prolong its shelf-life by years). All of my stored gasoline is treated with stabilizer, and I've used cans that are 5 years old and older. Even untreated gasoline can have a remarkably long shelf-life: Some years ago, I sold an old Volvo that had been sitting in my garage with a dead battery for 11 years; the buyer brought a fresh battery and installed it just to test the starter, to see if the engine was frozen. To everyone's amazement, the old car immediately started, revved and purred like a kitten, burning the gasoline in its tank from over a decade earlier.
Correction: This all highly depends on the quality of the gasoline and the amount of ethanol and its exposure to oxygen. I've heard about jerrycans of gasoline 25 years old still usable. It's also possible to purify the gasoline again so it's usable by filtering it. Don't need a huge refinery for small amounts.

The Man Trap - S1-E2
Plot hole: The salt creature needs salt, but there is no need for the creature to kill anybody, just have them deliver a large shipment of salt the next time some ship come to visit the planet.
Suggested correction: As shown several times, the creature is acting on craving and impulse. It's able to not attack Dr. Crater because they have a mutual relationship, as well as he provides salt for her from their supplies. But their supplies are running low, as he even stated they did have 25 pounds of salt but displays a jar with barely any left in it. It is reasonable to assume that he has had to start rationing the supply of salt to her to keep her till they could get another shipment. They were not getting the salt right off after Kirk arrived, and so the creature could not resist the urge to suck salt it needed out of the crewman when they were together alone, reason and logic being clouded by its desire and feral cravings.
