Plot hole: Just after Ellis tells Mud about Carver beating up on Juniper, he gets mad and punches the ground and then they start gathering up the stuff Ellis and Neck brought to take it to Mud's boat. They are right on the shore of the river and can see in most directions. Two people are sitting in boats out on the river, just watching Mud and the kids. Very much in visible range and they stand out, one of them even wearing a red shirt. Yet Mud, despite being on the run from cops and bounty hunters, never even notices the two very obvious boats out in the water. If he's running for his life from that type of people, he would have an eye out for them. Not even Ellis and Neck notice them and they just came on the river, and one is Neck's Uncle Galen. Mud (2012)

Continuity mistake: Once Mud reveals who he shot and asks for Neckbone and Ellis to help him get the boat out of the tree, Neck asks for the pistol in return. Mud reaches around his back and puts his hand on the handle of the pistol tucked in the back of his jeans as he begins saying his shirt and pistol are the only things of value he has. It cuts to a close up, and suddenly his hand is on his hip and he reaches for his shirt, then back around to his pistol again. (00:43:50)

Factual error: Ellis and his mom come across a roadblock and police checkpoint of State Troopers checking cars for Mud. The Arkansas State Trooper that comes up to the window is wearing the wrong uniform. His badge is wrong, and his shirt is wrong. He has one of the cloth badges on his right shoulder, but it is the wrong shape for State Troopers. And he has an American flag on his left shoulder. Arkansas State Troopers have the cloth badge on both shoulders, not an American Flag. (00:38:25)

Continuity mistake: Finally defeating her, Batman throws Yo-Yo down on the ground and she is on her side. One of her pigtails is draped over her head towards the back of her head. The shot cuts to Batman walking up to her and suddenly the pigtail is in front of her face. (00:16:20)

Revealing mistake: After the museum battle, Barry wakes up at his work and looks at the computer screen at an article reading WORLD FACES ARMAGEDDON. Look closely at the blocks of text under it. It is the same lines of text repeated over and over again. (00:12:10)

Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox (2013)
Factual error: When the rest of the Justice League arrive at the Flash Museum, Captain Atom vaporizes a section of the wall to allow him and some others to enter. The hole shows 3 layers to the wall, the inner wall, the outer wall, and a middle apparently metal center section. There are several circle like spots around the hole in the center part of the wall. They are all perfectly round, despite being in any given direction around the circumference of the opening. This is wrong. The circles would be caused by structural bars inserted in the layer, and they would all have been either vertical or horizontal, and thus the circles would not be circles all the way around, but changing to elongated and shorter depending on where they were on the opening. Yet all are perfectly round. This would mean that the all the bars were in all different directions and converging in the center of where Atom just happened to make the hole, which would never be the case. (00:07:05)

Continuity mistake: There is a large Flash symbol on the wall where Flash is trapped. The distance between this symbol and the ceiling changes a few times in the scene. It also changes position in relation to the display case Reverse Flash is trapped against several times in the scene. (00:04:25)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the film when young Barry's mom is telling him about grandma's prayer, the shot of the side shows Barry's mouth is closed. But when it cuts to his face close up looking confused, his lips are parted and his teeth are showing. (00:00:35)

Continuity mistake: There are some large cracks on the wall left from when Captain Boomerang pinned Flash to the wall for a moment. When the gray adhesive traps Flash against the same wall again, the bottom most crack is to the right of his head. Then when Flash begins vibrating his arm to throw the adhesive and the bomb at Reverse Flash, the crack is suddenly on his left side. It switches back and forth during the scene. Continuity mistake: At his mother's grave after his wife tells him he was just a boy, Barry Allen raises his right hand and says he might have been able to stop it. There is no ring on his hand at that point. Then when he takes off running after his device alerts him to a break in at the Flash Museum, there is suddenly his ring on his right middle finger, out of which he pulls his costume. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: After he gets his powers back, Flash takes off to try and time jump with speed. He fails and trips, sliding to a grinding stop out in the open desert. The shot from the side of him on the ground shows him lying on rolling "sand waves" and looks rather smooth with no vegetation around him except some cacti in the distance. The shot then cuts to an over head view as he sits up and starts to weep in desperation. Suddenly the rolling sand is now a dried cracked dirt and there are bushes and more cacti around him. Continuity mistake: After Reverse Flash stabs Flash in the leg with a rebar, and Flash retaliates by smashing a rock in Reverse Flash's face, watch Flash's hand. Character mistake: One of the top most taboo things for a super hero to do is reveal any aspect of another hero's identity to someone, especially a villain. But when Flash is trapped by the gray adhesive and the other Justice League members are about to take the villains away to disarm the bombs, Flash tells Green Lantern "Hal, go", calling Green Lantern by his first name right in front of Mirror Master. Question: What happened to Barry's dad?
Chosen answer: According to DC wiki (http://theflash.wikia.com/wiki/Henry_Allen), Barry's mum was killed by Professor Zoom - due to the lack of evidence his dad Henry was accused of her murder and eventually died in prison. But when Barry went back to stop the other Flash from saving his mum, we can see there was a burglar in the room who was approaching her, so there isn't really an explanation to what happened to Barry's dad in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. There's only an explanation in the comics.

Question: When shown, Barry's mom's tombstone does not have her date of birth or death on it. Is this a mistake? I believe it's standard for American graves to bear these dates.
Chosen answer: It is standard, but not always the case. It all depends on what the deceased's family wants. There's no law to state that there has to be a DOB and DOD on the marker.
