Continuity mistake: When Connie and Bubbles are talking in her apparent, there is a sudden abrupt cut where Bubbles goes from standing still facing Connie to suddenly turning to lean closer and say she's been searching the records on Sandra White. It's apparent they spliced the scene together weirdly here and it just doesn't match up. (01:02:10)

Continuity mistake: When Phil and Sandra are having sex in his office he starts to shoot his... "silly string" at the door. It cuts to a reaction shot of the cops in the next room then back to him again. Suddenly the string is gone from the door, only for him to be shooting it again and in a different pattern. (00:36:50)

Continuity mistake: After Garcia and his men deduce that Riley might hit the lab next, he walks over and grabs a can with his left hand and starts stabbing the ice in it with his right. It cuts to a shot from behind the can and suddenly he's no longer holding the can with his left. (00:55:15)

Continuity mistake: When Riley's boss says he's giving her extra hours and she's closing, Riley looks down to the side in her close up. When the camera cuts again as he walks away, she's suddenly looking up straight ahead towards him as he walks. (00:08:40)

Continuity mistake: A cop walks up to the Lieutenant and tells him the press is here. He says "wonderful" facing that direction. But in the next shot when Phil is asking if he's free to go, the Lieutenant is instantly facing towards him. (00:12:20)

Continuity mistake: When Phil heads to the Puppet Pleasure place early in the film, the positions of the shadows change around the vehicle parked out front in the close up, revealing the time laps between filming each shot. (00:06:30)

Revealing mistake: Lockdown: In the Med Lab section of the space station, there are plants growing along the walls and the floor in one hallway. If you go past and into the next room, some of the leaves of a bush are sticking through the wall in a clipping error.

Bug: Often times when trying to join a lobby as a survivor, you will get the loading screen animation that never goes anywhere. You're stuck with the infamous Infinite Loading Screen bug and have to force restart the game.

Character mistake: After Santa gives the children new clothes, Ray says that he and the mother can now raise the 9 children. The mother points out that they only have 2, but he points to the group of orphans to include them. However that makes only 7 children.

Continuity mistake: The little girl who was missing after falling off the cliff, suddenly shows up again after the evil woman is struck by lightning and is seen standing with the other children to react. But then she's gone again only to then show up with Santa.
