Question: Star Sapphire was given a red ring by some aliens and has powers similar to Green Lantern's. Is this supposed to be like the power of will that is green, but the power of another emotion but red? Or is it something else?
Chosen answer:The rings represent what is called the "Emotional Spectrum". Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Where Green is the representation of will, the Star Sapphires are given violet rings, which represent the emotion of love.
Continuity mistake: Delfino Plaza: Most stages in this game are based off areas in other games but shrunk to a manageable scale. In Delfino Plaza, the buildings and everything are scale to Delfino Plaza in Mario Sunshine. But the tower with the large Shine Sprite has an error. In the Sunshine game, the big Shine Sprite is spherical like a ball with the extensions on it. But that same Shine Sprite in Brawl is more M&M shaped. A difference in shape not just size.
Chosen answer:There is another thing it does for the player. Deep in the Lost Woods is an area with two creatures that will sell the player items. Look for where you see a bunch of butterflies gathered. Head toward them and you will fall into a hole. When you land put on the Mask of Truth and slowly walk forward. Some Deku creatures will pop out and look at you. After this talk to the big Deku creature to the right and he will increase your ability to hold more Deku nuts. Wearing other masks from the Happy Mask shop will also have different reactions from the Deku Scrubs.
Continuity mistake: When given to the guy running around Hyrule Field, the Rabbit Hood mask gives said guy super human speed when running on foot. Yet it gives nobody else such speed, not even Link who can wear it at any time.
Other mistake: After completing a few tasks at Lon Lon Ranch, Link is rewarded with a dairy cow of his own. But somehow, the cow magically just appears back in his house back at Kokiri Village. His house is basically a tree house way in the air accessible just by a ladder. And the doorway is only big enough really for a small child to enter. Yet somehow a full sized cow is now in the middle of his house. And survives without any grass or water inside.
Plot hole: Mario is arrested in the beginning of the game after Shadow Mario frames him for the evil paint. But before he is taken into custody, he gets his Super Water back pack called F.L.U.D.D. It is a high pressure water apparatus and a potential weapon. Yet at Mario's trial, and when he's in jail, he still has F.L.U.D.D on his back. The authorities would have taken such a device from him in this situation. Even in a fantasy world such as this, it does not make sense for them to let him keep the artificially intelligent water cannon with him during his trial, much less in jail.
Plot hole: On the first level when the giant truck comes out and tries to run Sonic down, if Sonic slows down, the truck slows down too, even to a crawl while still chasing Sonic. But its mission is to hit and flatten Sonic. No reason to have it slow down because the player does.
Continuity mistake: When the family goes to the gas station, the open sign is on and bright. They are only there a couple minutes before leaving. Suddenly the sign is off.(00:11:15 - 00:12:50)
Other mistake: On the train bridge level in multiplayer, bots can see and shoot through the rails and columns of the side of the bridge as if it's not even there.
Bug: The main menu of the game is shown to be inside the bridge of a battle ship at Pearl Harbor. Crew are busy walking around inside, and you can see other ships outside, and fighter planes flying about. Sometimes though, on start up, a fighter will spawn inside the bridge and just be sitting still in the middle of it. Except it rocks, turns, and sways as if it is still flying around outside.
Trivia: In the main menu, if you press the Z button on the Game Cube version (unsure about other versions), the camera angle changes and you can view different angles of the crew working in the bridge of the battle ship.
Revealing mistake: While in the fight with Major Disaster, the double yellow lines on the road are wrong. They are too thick and close together.(00:12:30)
Continuity mistake: After Hal crashes the Batmobile/jet, Carrol and the reporter take off in a fast car towards the crash site. They are moving at racing speeds and there is no other vehicles around them as they zoom away from camera. But then they get to the crash site and suddenly there are two fire trucks driving beside her car and keeping up. They were not there a moment before, and a fire truck could not have caught up to a sports car going that speed.(00:07:25)
Continuity mistake: Batman throws some Baterangs at the bags of money Tattooed Man is holding, and rips them apart. Pieces of sack and money fall everywhere. Tattooed Man does not move from that spot before he sends a tattoo axe attack at Batman. In that shot, there is no money or ripped sack on the ground around him or visible anywhere.(00:06:05)
Continuity mistake: When the two police cars drive up to Tattooed Man and stop, there is the yellow center line of the road between them. But when Tattooed Man sends a tattoo fist at them and they get smashed out of the way, the yellow line has vanished.(00:05:55)
Continuity mistake: Tattooed Man leaves the bank with two bags of money. He is shown standing on a concrete titled surface like a decorative sidewalk. He turns when he hears some police cars approaching. The shot cuts to a view of the police cars from between Tattooed Man's legs, and suddenly he is standing in the middle of the street on asphalt.(00:05:50)
Plot hole: Van Gunther has the two rockets aimed at the Geneva Convention. They launch with Steve attached to one of them. Wonder Woman chases in her invisible jet and shoots down the other rocket. She then gets out and uses her crown like a boomerang to break the chains holding Steve to the second rocket and rescues him off it. She or her crown never touch the rocket, but it crashes into a mountain. She did nothing to it to disrupt its course towards the Geneva Arms Conference. There was nothing to make it crash or hit prematurely, and the sudden weight change of Steve falling off would not have been enough to cause it.(00:02:55)
Continuity mistake: After landing, Wonder Woman begins blocking a spray of bullets with her wrist guards and says hi to Batman, then turns her head and asks if Steve is okay. The star on her tiara is visibly darker right then. But in the middle of the shot without a cut, the star suddenly becomes brighter.(00:01:10)
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning, Batman and Steve are chained to some large rockets in a wide angle. it cuts to a closer shot and the rockets are suddenly much closer together.(00:00:10)
