Continuity mistake: In one scene Bart is swinging on a washing line then we see Homer talk to Marge and he says "He'll soon get tired of it" then it goes back to Bart and he is facing the opposite direction and he is swinging on two washing lines. (00:04:22)

Continuity mistake: When the family is at dinner, there is a top down view which zooms in on them from above. In this shot there is no newspaper on the chest (to Homer's left). In the next shot of Homer a newspaper has appeared. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When, Lisa bangs on the window of the operating theatre, there is a person sitting behind her who is asleep. However, when she shouts to Dr Nick, the people behind her are completely different. Then she sits down again, and the sleeping person is behind her. (00:20:00)

Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When Maggie is driving Homer's car, a man is behind him. He is seen waving his left arm but when the shot changes to Maggie he is waving his right arm. (00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: During Neville's ill-fated flying lesson, as he approaches the statue from behind, we see that the statue is placed atop a round turret with alternating levels of bricks around the top of the turret. Neville's robe then snags on the spear of the statue. When we see the front of the statue as Neville falls, the statue is now standing atop a flat, level section of wall. (00:56:55)

Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When Bart and Lisa are watching TV, Bart says something like 'I've got my ticket' and pats a ticket that is inside his shirt pocket (which there is none). But later in that same scene when they are still watching TV, both the pocket and the ticket have gone. (00:12:20 - 00:14:15)

The Otto Show - S3-E22

Continuity mistake: When Skinner is calmly driving the bus on the way to school, they have obviously gone past a number of power lines (you can see that they have because you can see them in the background). However, when Skinner is trying to get onto the main road, the power lines have disappeared from the background. (00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: At the start, the disk falls out the paper and the case is touching the door mat. When the shot changes to a close up of the case being picked up, the case is no longer touching the mat. (00:01:05)

Continuity mistake: Ziva is photographing the scene and takes a picture of the empty DVD player with a yellow evidence marker number 5 on top of it, Gibbs is then seen with the same marker in his hand before placing it on the DVD player. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: When Tony and Ziva are first in the pool hall, Tony has 2 balls (1 red, 1 green) in his hand. In one shot they are in his hand next to each other in a horizontal line. Camera changes and now they are next to each other vertically. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: In the taxi, the driver says the line "I sing all the time". As he is saying this, there is a shot change. The shot from in front shows his right hand is barely visible next to the steering wheel and semi low. But the shot from behind shows his hand higher with thumb sticking up above the steering wheel. Continuity mistake: When Brian drives up to the street racers meeting in the alley, there is a pipe of some sort hanging from his engine. When he picks Toretto up, it's no longer there. (00:10:00 - 00:24:00)

Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When there is a queue to see the movie, it stretches right back to the Simpson house, and we see Bart looking through the window. However, when Homer talks to Bart whilst sitting on the window, the queue has disappeared. (00:16:45)

Other mistake: During the Quidditch match, Hermione looks in her binoculars up to where Harry is. If you look at the reflection in the binoculars, you can see Harry flailing around. She then looks over at Snape, but when we see the reflection in the binoculars, we still see Harry, as if she was looking up towards him. (01:20:40)

Revealing mistake: When Bart tells Otto not to leave due to Milhouse not being on the bus, when Otto replies you can see that his left arm up to the headphone cable flashes pink for a frame. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Hermione is saying to Harry and Ron "You won't make a fool of yourself, it's in your blood," Harry and Ron have several books with them, but straight after, right before the staircase moves, they have no books in their hands. (01:00:35)

Continuity mistake: While the first years are waiting at the top of the stairs just before being lead into the Great Hall for the first time, Ron's robes switch from being fully opened, to closed, then back again. (00:40:00)

Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Marge is talking to Bart's teacher, Marge is "punished" by writing lines on the blackboard. In the first shot of her doing so she has written the line 9 times, but in the next shot there are 11 lines. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: As the students board the Hogwarts Express to go home, the cuts on Harry's face, particularly near his eye, differ in severity during this scene depending on the camera angle in a given shot. (02:21:55)
