Character mistake: When Jack and co find Frank, we see Jack checking for a pulse and declaring there is one. However, Jack is using his thumb to check for a pulse on Frank's wrist. As a doctor, Jack would know your thumb has its own pulse. (00:33:40)

...And Found - S2-E5

Lucifer (2015)
Sweet Kicks - S1-E5
Character mistake: Benny tells Lucifer he's an ex-marine. I beleive it's the case that US Marines never refer to themselves as an ex-marine, with the quote often used as being "once a marine, always a marine" (00:09:20)
Suggested correction: First off, it was Hector who said he was an ex-Marine, not Benny. But just because someone goes against the cultural norm doesn't make it a mistake. There are a lot of Marines who refer to themselves as former or ex - Marines for various reasons.

12:00 Midnight-1:00 A.M. - S1-E1
Character mistake: When Jack subdues Mason he proceeds to check his pulse to check Mason is still alive. When taking the pulse however Jack uses his thumb. This is not how a pulse is checked, as the thumb has it's own pulse and would therefore give Jack's pulse instead of Mason's. Being ex-Delta Jack would know this and not make the simple mistake. Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010)
Character mistake: Chris explains about the APV being behind the door and specifically states it has 16 wheels. When we see the APV it has 4 wheels on each side. Meaning 8 in total. For it to have 16 wheels as stated, all the wheels will have to be doubled up. However its clear that at least 2 separate wheels are single. Since Chris is right with everything else he has said in regards to the prison, there's no reason he would be wrong about this one thing. (00:56:00)

In Time (2011)
Character mistake: When travelling between zones, they go 12 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 5 - 4. Which is the only route you can take that includes zone 8 as shown. This is silly as there are quicker routes such as 12 - 7 - 5 - 4.

The Next in the Last - S10-E22
Character mistake: Booth states that Pelant used to communicate via flowers. However it was Bones and Angela that did, not Pelant. (00:04:00)
Suggested correction: Actually, When Pelant is leaving for Egypt, he gives Brennan a flower to communicate grief and loss, so Pelant did in fact communicate with flowers.
Actually, this is what is accurately said 'Exactly what Pelant used to use to send a message' in reference to the flowers, if it were 'what Pelant used to send "messages" then yes, your point would be more accurate. Yet the wording suggests that it was 'a' message he sent, not plural, single. Which he did.
