The One with the Dozen Lasagnas - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When Ross visits Carol, he hugs her, and puts his hands on her hips. In the next shot, he isn't touching her and has taken a step back instantly. (00:05:10)

The One with the Dozen Lasagnas - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When Ross says he could escape from any uterus, Joey is holding two small books. In the next shot they have vanished and he is holding a large book. (00:02:10)
11th Jul 2005
Continuity mistake: When Bond jumps down from the truck after being captured, he is handcuffed (or has his hands tied). However, when he lands, he's holding a guard in each hand - for stability - but in the next scene, during the General's speech, he's tied again. (00:17:35)
24th Nov 2002
Factual error: During the car chase scene on the ice, the green Jaguar fires a minigun at Bond's car several times. Amazingly, Bond's car doesnt even have a scratch on it. Even if the car was bullet proof, it would still have large dents and scratches, not to mention the large cracks in the glass, the likes of which could be seen when Q fires a pistol at a sheet of bullet proof glass earlier in the film. (01:33:45)
Continuity mistake: When Gillette puts the iron shackles on Jack, as Elizabeth offers her protest, in the shots facing them, there is a barrel with a green sack on top of it and two wicker rods against the stone wall. However, when Norrington says, "Indeed," then when Jack says, "Finally," and also when Jack says, "I saved your life. You save mine. We're square," the barrel, sack and rods are not there. (00:18:25)
13th Jul 2007
Continuity mistake: In scenes, but most noticeably in the court room scene, the tassle which hangs on Professor Dumbledore's hat keeps on changing position from whereabouts, and how it is hanging down. (00:22:20)

The One with the Dozen Lasagnas - S1-E12
Visible crew/equipment: When Ross is on the balcony trying to comfort Rachel after she has split up with Paolo, we see a couple of shots from the balcony looking into Monica's apartment. If you look at the top of the screen you can see where the walls of the set end, and all the stage lights hanging from the ceiling of the studio. (00:18:35)
24th Oct 2004
Continuity mistake: At the end of the Bond/Graves sword fight (after Miranda has stepped between them), in the close-up of Bond, he lowers his sword. In the long shot a fraction of a second later, it's raised in front of him again. (00:56:25)
6th Sep 2003
Continuity mistake: On the old subway platform when Q is about to introduce Bond to his "new transportation," they both look on as Q clicks a control to bring forth the carriage that has the still invisible Vanquish on it. The carriage almost passes them already when the shot cuts to another angle, and this time the carriage is still approaching on the railtrack from a bit farther away. Also, Q's right arm is now up holding the remote control, when in the previous shot just a second ago it was straight down by his side. (01:05:41)
Continuity mistake: While underwater, as Jack removes Elizabeth's water-logged dress, his left hand and arm are visibly clean, as well as when he has her on his shoulder at the dock. Then while kneeling over her on the dock, Jack's left hand and arm are extremely grimy and dirty. Yet when Norrington grabs Jack to bring him to Gillette, and while Jack holds Elizabeth hostage, his left hand and arm are clean once again. (00:16:10 - 00:18:40)
20th Dec 2007
The One with the Dozen Lasagnas - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, when Monica scores a goal against Joey and Chandler, she is playing with the red team and scores with her strikers. In the next shot, a blue midfielder scores the goal. (00:21:05)
20th Jul 2006
Deliberate mistake: When Bond is fighting Zhao in the clinic, they accidentally set off the tomograph Zhao was lying in. As this machine's powerful magnetic fields indeed would pull any metallic object in, no doctor with common sense would allow sharp objects and other stuff within range. You aren't even allowed to carry watches and have to report any dental fillings. (00:43:50)
16th May 2005
Continuity mistake: When Q brings out the flatcar with the invisible car on it, the flatcar appears empty. Q explains how the invisibility is achieved, and he walks behind the car. We see Q's legs distort cartoonishly as he does so. Why doesn't this distortion take place when the car is moving out of the tunnel? (01:03:15)
24th Oct 2004
Visible crew/equipment: For a moment during the Bond/Graves sword fight (after Graves shatters the glass case, nearly impaling Bond), we get a brief glimpse of the stunt doubles for both actors. (00:55:35)
6th Aug 2007
Continuity mistake: In the opening aerial shot of the playground, the landscape surrounding it is flat, devoid of any shrubbery, and there are no buildings or streets nearby. In the close-up shots with Harry and Dudley that are shown from various angles, there are now houses, small hilly mounds, bushes, and a road in the background. (00:00:50)
Continuity mistake: On the docks, when Norrington exposes Jack's scar and tattoo on his right arm, he says, "Well, well, Jack Sparrow, isn't it?" and in the wide shot Murtogg holds the middle part of his gun. In the close-up when Murtogg says, "He said he'd come to commandeer one," he holds it near the bayonet, yet in the next wide shot he holds it in the middle again. (00:17:40)
Revealing mistake: When Elizabeth falls down from the cliff, with her hat and scarf falling over her, you can see it is definitely not Keira Knightley, as the stuntperson's face is perfectly visible. (00:15:05)
Continuity mistake: When Jack walks down the dock to the Interceptor, Murtogg and Mullroy are sitting with sacks, crates and barrels in a deep shadow, but the sun is seen afar. A few shots later, after they intercepted him, those same sacks, crates and barrel are brightly lit by the sun. The shots were probably filmed at different times of the day. (00:11:45)
1st Dec 2002
Revealing mistake: When the bad guy fires at Bond with the mini-gun attached to his green Jaguar, you can see that the gun does not have an ammo feed. (01:33:40)
