Other mistake: When EJ gets spooked near the end and turns to face a wall with a doorway to "North Stairway C", she faces the camera with her torch facing the camera directly. However behind her is a perfect shadow on The Wall of herself. This shouldn't be possible as the only source of light, as shown, is from her torch. Cade and Levin are in a different room so couldn't be their torches. (00:39:20)

Continuity mistake: When Levin tells EJ he will be out in the field he has his gun in his left hand. Camera changes and now it's in his right hand. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When Dinozzo tackles "Peanut", the briefcase goes flying. When the shot changes however the case is now upside down right next to the two men. (00:12:30)

Continuity mistake: Claudette tells Lance they need to go back for the children. When she does he holds her down with one hand and has his gun vertical in this shot. Camera changes and now his gun is lowered. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: When fuelling up the tank, Claudette can be seen with her hand on her head leaning against the hull of the tank. Camera changes and now she is stood and doesn't have her hand on her head. (00:11:20)

Continuity mistake: Sgt Lance gets soaked when taking out the German tank. However, when he climbs on board his clothes are instantly dry. (00:05:20)

Continuity mistake: When the Sargent and one other soldier gets down off the tank in the rain, the second soldier's facial expressions are completely changing between instant cuts. (00:05:40)

Continuity mistake: When the mother sees her dead son, she is behind the Sergeant. As the shot changes, she is holding on to the Sergeant and starts running to her son. (00:44:30)

Continuity mistake: When EJ is giving a run down on the Port to Port Killer, she finishes up and grabs the divider wall with her left hand. Camera cuts and her hand is no longer on The Wall, and she now puts her elbow on it. (00:21:50)

Continuity mistake: Vance slams the axe on the table and through a picture of the victim. However, when Vance removes the axe a minute later, the axe is through a different part of the picture. The 1st time the axe goes through the neck/shoulders of the man in the picture but when removed it's in the forehead. (00:29:50)
