Continuity mistake: When Mary, Strangway's P.A. is shot, her blood is on a differently patterned carpet than when Bond later on analyses the house. (00:05:00 - 00:22:30)

Visible crew/equipment: The camera's shadow is visible on the ground as the car goes off the cliff in the car chase when Bond is headed to Miss Taro's house. (00:48:55)

Continuity mistake: Near the end when Dr No attacks Bond up on the gantry we see two shots of the radioactivity meter where the red indicator is very close to maximum. The third time we see it just as they tumble off the gantry, it has moved much closer to the danger level. (01:40:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bond kills a patrolman on the island, his shirt is dry around his shoulders right after rising out of the water. (01:08:40)

Visible crew/equipment: At the airport in Jamaica, when Bond uses the telephone booth, you can see the lighting and crew members reflected in the glass door as he opens it to walk in and out and when Felix opens the door. (00:16:50)

Continuity mistake: When Bond is fighting with Mr. Jones he picks the man up with his left hand and swings to punch him with his right, but in the next shot he's punching with his left. (00:20:30)

Continuity mistake: As Bond's driver cuts a hard right turn, the tracks from previous takes are on the road. As the pursuing car draws up to that spot, the dust has quickly settled, and the tracks are suddenly gone. (00:19:05)

Continuity mistake: Bond gets off the plane in Jamaica and is photographed by a woman in green. She is standing away from any pillars. When the shot changes to a close up of her, she's suddenly next to a pillar. (00:16:40)

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film when Bond and Mayday are trapped in the water rushing into the mine, her hairdo is totally drenched when her entire head is submerged and her wet, straightened hair falls onto her forehead. The next scene, when they are walking through the water and debris, her hair is beautifully sculpted as it has been through the entire film. (01:54:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bond is using the tyre valve to breathe underwater, "Michelin" is spelled out in white on the tire but all previous shots of the car show blackwall tyres. (00:51:35)

Continuity mistake: When the bearded security guard attempts to punch Bond in Zorin's warehouse, Bond moves out of the way and the guard makes a hole in the crate. In the next shot, when several crates fall on the guard knocking him out, Bond has suddenly disappeared, and the hole in the crate that the guard has made is bigger than it was. (00:38:45)

Continuity mistake: When Scarpine knocks out Bond, he pushes him into the back of the Rolls-Royce, and he lies on his back unconscious next to Tibbett. However, when Zorin and May Day drive the Rolls-Royce to the river, the 'unconscious' Bond has now managed to sit himself up on his seat. (00:50:40)

Continuity mistake: When Bond enters the office of Universal Imports he throws his hat on the hat rack. After his meeting with M, he retrieves his hat from the hat rack, but it has moved to a different hook. (00:09:25 - 00:14:05)

Continuity mistake: When Bond is hanging on the mooring rope of Zorin's airship, we see a wide shot of the city and you can see that the top of the Golden Gate Bridge is covered in fog. But when the airship approaches the bridge seconds later, almost all of the fog has disappeared. (01:55:00)

Continuity mistake: When May Day is trying to calm Zorrin's horse at the racetrack, her red scarf is completely covering her hair. Camera changes to show a full face shot and it's no longer completely covering her hair. (00:14:50)
