Continuity mistake: When Michael is finished talking with his ex and Walt at a park, over his right shoulder can be seen a dark-haired woman in a black halter top and green slacks walking away. The camera shifts to the opposite view where Michael is looking, and the same woman is seen leaving a newsstand in front of the ex. (00:39:00)

Character mistake: In the final scene at the Mexican gas station there's a sign that says "cigaros" instead of "cigarros," which means "cigars" in Spanish. (01:38:40)

Continuity mistake: When the Terminator arrives at the first Sarah Connor's house, the address number is "14239", even though in the phonebook it is listed as "1823" (or "2816" or "309"). (00:15:15)

Revealing mistake: In the close-up, Matrix is seen grabbing a balloon, but in the wide-angle he is swinging himself grabbed to some sort of safety harness and wire in the balloon. (00:37:10)

Continuity mistake: At the start we see Desmond in the hatch. When the explosion goes off he gears up and runs over to a machine where he turns the music off. The shot of the shelf is a flipped shot. (00:02:28)

What Kate Did - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Kate are discussing who should stay with Sawyer and who should go to Shannon's funeral, as the camera goes back and forth between the two the towel on Sawyer's forehead is there, then not, then back again through the whole scene. (00:07:30)

Adrift - S2-E2

Continuity mistake: Just before Michael says "You're going to pull the bullet out with your bare hands?", Sawyer's hair is very wet and pulled back, as if it were in a pony tail. When the camera switches back to Sawyer saying "You got a better idea?" his hair is a lot drier and covering his face. In the next shot, it is pulled back again. (00:15:10)

Continuity mistake: When Sayid is carrying Shannon's body back to camp, the back of her shirt is almost without blood. Two minutes before, when Sayid picked Shannon up from the ground, her shirt was blood covered.

Continuity mistake: When Hurley returns and gives the battery to Jack, Hurley says "She says hey". Then it cuts to a close-up of Sayid and we can see the bag's strap going over his shoulder. When it cuts the strap is gone. (00:35:25)

Continuity mistake: When Sayid goes over to Shannon to help her with her luggage her trunk falls down open and some clothes fall out. Then Sayid picks up some shirts. But when it cuts to Shannon grabbing them from him he is holding fewer and different looking shirts than he picked up first. (00:16:15)

Continuity mistake: When Danielle approaches the beach campsite, in his close-ups, Walt hides beside a tree and holds it with his left hand. However, in the shot between his close-ups, facing Danielle, Walt is hunched over with his hands leaning on his knees. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Charlie walks with the crying baby on the beach, he meets Hurley and later Sawyer, and then later when Sawyer reads the "engine story" to sooth Turniphead, throughout these shots the baby's blanket constantly jumps off, on, off, etc. (00:23:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Boone climbs up the vines toward the plane, in the first wide shot there is a rather conspicuous round CG blur at Boone's left hip that moves as he moves. Then, in some following wide shots the black stunt belt at Boone's waist is perfectly visible as he makes his way up. In Boone's close-ups no such aids are on his body. (00:30:35)

Continuity mistake: When Jack wakes from his close encounter with Kate's sleeping pills, in the close-up his white pillow lies on the blue seat cushion, but in the next shot it lies on the grey blanket, which is spread over the cushions. (00:32:45)

Revealing mistake: Jack's left arm is bandaged from Boone's blood transfusion. After the shot of Shannon, as she cries over Boone, Jack sits on the beach in the wide shot and the bandage is on his right arm, but in the following shots it's on his left. Yet another flipped shot. (00:41:35)

Continuity mistake: On the raft, when Michael walks over to Jin with the translation notebook, as Jin tinkers with the rudder, Jin's hand and handcuff change repeatedly in the following shots. (00:47:15)

Continuity mistake: The style of Cindy's car changes when Matrix and Cindy are tailing Sully. Note the front grille with the center emblem that suddenly appears, the style of the headlight chambers that surround the headlight casings, as well as the two bumper guards that disappear and reappear.
