Continuity mistake: When Bond and the others board the train in Istanbul, they board the train at the rear which shows passenger coaches. When the train does not stop at the scheduled rendezvous because Kerim has been killed, the passing rear of the train contains freight cars. When Bond and Tatiana escape from the train, the departing shot of the rear of the train shows passenger cars again. (01:04:40 - 01:13:05)

Continuity mistake: On the train Bond gives Tatiana a powder blue negligée, the upper portion is lace. She puts it on and they snuggle a bit, then Bond is called out by Kerim about something. Bond returns a few minutes later and she has on a totally different negligée that has no lace on it but is still powder blue. (01:06:40)

To the left is a mirror and by the mirror is an assortment of perfume bottles and a shaving bag. Continuity mistake: In the office with Q there is smoke coming from his pipe, when the shot next goes to Bond, there is no smoke at all. (00:12:15)

Continuity mistake: When Dent walks into the room to be questioned by Dr. No we don't see the table with the spider cage in the first side shot but Dent only walks a few feet from the chair, and suddenly there's a table. (00:38:00)

Other mistake: In the closing credits, John Kitzmiller's name is misspelt "John Kitzmuller". (01:45:50)

Continuity mistake: When Dr No, Bond, and Honey are eating dinner, Bond picks up and flexes a table knife. Then there is a wide shot where his hands are under the table. The next tight shot shows him again flexing the knife, then once again goes to the wide angle showing his hands under the table. (01:27:00)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. No is explaining how he left with $10 million, Bond has his hand raised to his mouth. Camera changes to Dr. No's perspective and Bond's hand is lowered. (01:26:20)
