Continuity mistake: After Shaq bangs his head twice he takes a step forward placing his foot beside some pieces of concrete. When it cuts, the concrete is gone. (00:00:45)

Continuity mistake: After the vomit scene it cuts to Megan's mom looking up the stairs. She lifts her left arm up to her mouth, but when it cuts it's her right arm that's up. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy and Buddy are in the cool room and she is talking on the cups, you can see what appears to be blood on the bottom of her pants. In a scene cut from the film (it's on the DVD), Cindy covers the floor in blood before they get pushed into the cool room (spoofing Hollow Man). Since scene wasn't in the film, she shouldn't have the blood on the bottom of her pants. (00:55:35)

Continuity mistake: When Tom is holding around the wrong children (the Chinese ones), his hands are on their shoulders. When it cuts his hands has moved down on their arms. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, when Dwight gets pulled into the room and sits down in a chair beside Ray and Buddy, Ray's shirt is orange. Then when Dwight says, "I can't feel my legs," it cuts back, but Ray's shirt is yellow. It alternates throughout this scene between orange and yellow. (01:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tom is at the bar discussing with Mahalik and CJ, the levels of CJ's beer glass differ between the shots. (00:10:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tom leaves the crane and his boss follows him, as they walk you can see the tracks from the camera dolly on the ground. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: In the scene before everyone puts on thier goggles, Tori Spelling is wearing a blue T-shirt and jeans but in the next scene, she is wearing a purple T-shirt and purple pants. (00:45:00 - 00:46:10)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, after the ghost is defeated, you see far away shots of Buddy, Brenda, and Kathleen Robertson's character standing together. From far away, Kathleen is on the end, and Buddy is in the middle. However, whenever the shot changes to a close-up of the three of them, Kathleen is now in the middle, and Buddy is on the end. Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film when the bird is pooing on the wall, you can clearly see the pipe leading up to the fake bird which is making it do this. (01:10:15)

Continuity mistake: After Cindy has built her big yellow truck, she ploughs through the door. In one shot we see a large part of the bottom of the wall to the left of the door get knocked out too. In the next shot that part of the wall is totally intact. (01:01:55)

Continuity mistake: When Tom (Charlie Sheen) is about to pick up the picture, you can see that the person on the right on the picture is on the far right of the frame. When it cuts to a close-up of the picture the person on the right has moved to the middle of the picture. In fact it's basically a different picture. (00:05:25)

Continuity mistake: When Shaq throws the piece of concrete hitting the steel pipe, you can see the the pipe has a perfect shape on its edge. When it hits Dr. Phil on his head the edge of the pipe is broken. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tom (Charlie Sheen) eats Viagra and his "thing" grows, you can see that the table to the right doesn't have any pillbox on it. Two shots later a pillbox is on it. (00:07:05)

Continuity mistake: When Dwight opens the door and is down on the floor, Ray and Buddy help him. The big machine with the large red letters changes from reading "99:0..." to "00:00:00" then back to the "99:0..." between shots. (01:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When the skeleton climbs out of the furnace, in one shot there's nothing on its shoulders and then big lumps of white ash appear on them in the next shot. (00:49:20)

Continuity mistake: When Hanson hits Cindy with the bat she lands on the floor with all her hair lying on the floor. When it cuts some of her hair cover her mouth. (01:05:10)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy rubs Buddy in the cold chamber, in one shot Cindy says "...and you're gonna have lots of little babies..." and behind Buddy's head, a black towel can be seen. It isn't there is any of the following shots, and wasn't there in any of the previous shots either. (00:57:45)

Continuity mistake: Just before Buddy is thrown into the freezer he is thrown into a table. A white coloured box on the other side of the table falls off. In the next shot it is back on. (00:55:15)
