Continuity mistake: In the scene where Joey and Rachel are sitting on the couch in their apartment after they decide their relationship is hopeless Rachel puts her head on Joey's shoulder. Her hair is on her face but when she lifts her head up in the very next shot her hair is now behind her right ear which she couldn't have done because her hands never left her lap. (00:22:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ross and Rachel are driving back, Ross starts to put the seatbelt on. Instant cut, and he has his seatbelt on. (00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Judy leave Joey's apartment, there is a birthday banner on the counter that has fallen off. When Monica, Chandler, Joey and Phoebe are racing the toys to see who gets to go, the banner is back on. In this time no-one has fixed the banner as there is not enough time for them to do so off camera and the people on camera don't fix it. It's most clear that it's back on when Monica is saying, "Technically, our dog never crossed the finish line". (00:14:05 - 00:17:05)

Continuity mistake: Phoebe's robot in the toy race is behind Joey's. Joey then says unlucky and picks his toy up. Phoebe then picks hers up and it is about a metre in front of Joey's. The toy can't move that fast. (00:16:40)

Continuity mistake: Just before Rachel and Ross come back from the cake store, Monica is holding Emma on her lap. Emma is holding a green toy in one shot, when the camera angle changes it is nowhere to be seen. (00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: When Jerry scratches a '5' with his watch onto the wall, in a wide shot he starts to scratch the 5, then in the closeup of him scratching it onto the wall, much more of the 5 has been completed between shots. (00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: During the traffic jam scene, when the truck crashes against the taxi, the view inside McClane's car shows the taxi colliding against the car, dragging it away violently. From the aerial angle, the taxi doesn't touch McClane's car at all. (00:22:35)

Continuity mistake: When they start running from the moving wall Jerry grab Sasha holding her left hand. When it cuts he is holding her right hand. (00:20:05)

Continuity mistake: When McClane and Farrell are fired upon during the escort to DHS, Agent Johnson is killed and slumps against the steering wheel, and in the next shot the deceased's foot slips off the brake so the car jolts forward and hits the FBI's SUV in front of them. Four shots later, in the interior shot from the back seat directly behind McClane ducking inside the car, we see Agent Johnson sitting upright very much alive, at the left side of the screen. (00:38:35)

Continuity mistake: Once Grandpa takes the underwear off Harry's head and sets it on the counter, it continually moves. Originally it is at the edge, draped over a little bit. Next it moves inward a little. After Mom shuts off the power, it is almost halfway on the counter. (00:11:40 - 00:13:00)

Revealing mistake: When Kate decides to ditch Maguire and escape herself, we get a shot from above showing her face and Maguire's feet. However we only see his trousers. His feet are gone. Even though some could say that the wall removed them, but we can also see that the wall hasn't reached the part of the feet that are missing. It appears the CGI team forgot to add his feet in. (00:21:35)
