Visible crew/equipment: During "Shuffle Off to Buffalo" the camera tracks backwards as the set of a train opens. The track the camera is sitting on is blatantly obvious on the bottom of the screen.

Suggested correction: This brilliant shot is not photographed by a camera on a track but on an overhead crane (in order to clear the orchestra pit) so there are no tracks visible.

Continuity mistake: When the Wolverines are attempting to get "the box", the Matt Eckert character is shooting through a window. When we see his point of view, there are blinds in the way of the camera, however every time it shows the actor, the blinds are open.

Revealing mistake: Near the end after Richard Gere jumps in the river to save Laura Linney, the water is shown to be very deep. When Gere reaches the police car, it doesn't appear to be that deep in at least one shot.

Revealing mistake: Cary Grant shows off his ice skating moves but you can tell it's a stunt double. The double is a bit shorter than Grant. Also in the same sequence, the two other skaters have noticeable doubles as well.

Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning, there is a scene with a motorcycle riding on top of some wood pillars. The camera switches to the motorcycle's point of view and the camera car it is riding on is visible during the entire shot.

Visible crew/equipment: As Blue Thunder performs its loop just before the bad guy's helicopter is destroyed, there is a shot of him looking around in his helicopter. In this shot you can see the camera helicopter reflected in the glass.

The most obvious example is right before Phil finishes up his set. The saxophone guy is playing but you never hear it.

Continuity mistake: After the tree burns up from Uncle Lewis' stogie, he turns around revealing fire on his back. Right as he is turning, the shot cuts to Clark and back to Lewis. In this new shot, Lewis' hair is different (compare the wigs), indicating the person getting the fire on his back put out is a stunt person.

Visible crew/equipment: Right after Riggs saves Rianne's job, he and Murtaugh are driving in Rigg's vehicle. There is a shot looking through the driver's side window. Pay close attention to the reflection the truck makes in the glass on the buildings, you can see the crew and at least two cameras shooting the shot from a rig.
