Trivia: According to the script, Beth really does feel Al dance with her briefly before he leaps, even though he is a hologram. She says his name after he leaps out as an acknowledgement that she knew he was there. This is one of the few episodes we see Al leap instead of Sam.

Audio problem: As Neil is talking to his coworker about getting on a plane, the audio is either different or synced wrong, as the coworker says something different. In the shot facing Neil his mouth doesn't match.

Trivia: Welles worked 16 to 18 hour days on the film, as it took nearly four hours to apply his makeup to make him look older. Welles also shot the film quickly, with very few takes as he wanted to be like John Ford. Some of the film's more significant scenes were shot before production actually began as Welles had claimed he was doing "camera tests" and RKO believed him.

Trivia: Welles learned how to make films by watching what other directors were doing at the time, especially John Ford. In particular, he would watch Ford's "Stagecoach" nightly and ask his cinematographer how certain shots were done. Welles makes a nod to Ford by using a couple of Ford's most infamous shots. This includes a moving camera going through an opening door as the character walks through.

Continuity mistake: During the battle on Planet Doom, Art3mis jumps into the DeLorean to tell Parzival that they're "playing Adventure." She jumps in through the windshield. When the shot changes, the hole in the windshield is now larger.

Revealing mistake: During the chase, the minivan makes multiple turns into alleys and onto roads. Tire marks are visible where multiple takes of the stunts were performed.

Revealing mistake: Multiple times when we see the speedometer of the minivan, the RPMs aren't moving. The car's shifter is also noticeably in park. This is obvious as its higher, whereas if were in drive, it would be lower. Even during the most intense moments, the RPMs never change. The car is obviously being towed by a camera vehicle.

Visible crew/equipment: During Ryan's segment, Sun, leads him into a house. The camera tracks behind them up some steps. The operator is visible in the glass on the left side briefly.

Other mistake: Fran is unconscious near a gas stove as Marla comes to save her. As Marla is trying to move her, Fran moves her leg even though she is supposed to be unconscious.

Continuity mistake: Joey gets killed, and the boys are holding back Billy. There's an issue here though. The scars from his lashings on his back that we saw moments earlier have disappeared.

Audio problem: A dog runs by Sam chasing one of the frat pledges. It's barking according to the audio, however the dog does not bark.

Visible crew/equipment: During the second fight, there's a brief shot looking at the opposite side of the ring. A large motion picture camera and its operator are blatantly visible in the crowd.

Visible crew/equipment: After school gets out, the seniors chase the freshmen in a truck. We see a shot looking at the scared freshmen in the back window. The camera's shadow is visible the entire shot.

Other mistake: Vicky is murdered and her corpse pops out of the closet. She slowly opens her eyes despite being dead.

Other mistake: In the extremely low angle shot where Leland is drunk talking to Kane, a black visible object is stuck to the frame of the camera, bottom left. As Kane walks out of the shot, the camera pans up and it is gone.

Audio problem: When Kane is talking to Mr. Carter about what the Inquirer should be printing, we see a shot of Kane talking from behind. His mouth movements are slightly off from the audio.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mr. Thompson goes to the Thatcher library, he walks through a door and the camera follows him. Just before the shot ends, the camera casts a shadow on the left wall.
