Audio problem: At the end of the episode, Buck comes home and crashes on his bed. He sees his girlfriend reporting on TV. Just before the shot cuts, the reporter mouths a word but nothing comes out. The shot changes to others watching the report, and she continues talking.

Trivia: The Tappet Brothers, Ray and Thomas Magliozzi, famous for their NPR show "Car Talk", provided their voices for the film. They reprised their roles as the owners of Rust-eze. Thomas passed away in 2014. His lines were pieced together from the first film. Ray came out of retirement to voice the role. They even use their signature line from the show "don't drive like my brother."

The Leap Home (1) - November 25, 1969 - S3-E1

Trivia: Sam's childhood home is Ray and Annie's farmhouse from the movie Field of Dreams, complete with the front porch swing. In another shot showing morning on the farm, the baseball field from the film is visible. Both the television show and film were distributed by Universal Pictures, so it's likely the show had access to unused footage from the film.

Visible crew/equipment: After the confederate soldiers offer to buy the girl and are encountered by the union troops, Kidd and Cicada leave. There is a shot of the confederate soldiers coming out of a building. The shadow of the camera is obvious on the lead man. (00:41:55)

Visible crew/equipment: At Aunt Meg's house, Jo is taking a shower. There are two shots of her washing her hair. In the second one, the camera is blatantly reflected in the glass, left screen.

Continuity mistake: The lettering on the cake at the beginning changes after Stiffler messes it up. It's in a row then diagonal.

Visible crew/equipment: When Riggs and Murtaugh go to see Billy, who has just been murdered, the camera and its operator are reflected in the interrogation room door.

Continuity mistake: Maria rips Clouseau's suit, and he tells her not to worry and starts pulling it back up. The shot cuts and it's back down again.

Trivia: Patrick Warburton's first major role and his second acting credit. Warburton plays "Blaster."

M.I.A. - April 1, 1969 - S2-E22

Trivia: According to the script, Beth really does feel Al dance with her briefly before he leaps, even though he is a hologram. She says his name after he leaps out as an acknowledgement that she knew he was there. This is one of the few episodes we see Al leap instead of Sam.

Audio problem: As Neil is talking to his coworker about getting on a plane, the audio is either different or synced wrong, as the coworker says something different. In the shot facing Neil his mouth doesn't match.

Trivia: Welles worked 16 to 18 hour days on the film, as it took nearly four hours to apply his makeup to make him look older. Welles also shot the film quickly, with very few takes as he wanted to be like John Ford. Some of the film's more significant scenes were shot before production actually began as Welles had claimed he was doing "camera tests" and RKO believed him.

Trivia: Welles learned how to make films by watching what other directors were doing at the time, especially John Ford. In particular, he would watch Ford's "Stagecoach" nightly and ask his cinematographer how certain shots were done. Welles makes a nod to Ford by using a couple of Ford's most infamous shots. This includes a moving camera going through an opening door as the character walks through.

Continuity mistake: During the battle on Planet Doom, Art3mis jumps into the DeLorean to tell Parzival that they're "playing Adventure." She jumps in through the windshield. When the shot changes, the hole in the windshield is now larger.

Stupidity: Rose shoots at Ryan after he has turned and is fighting with Spears. The bullets go through him. Wouldn't she hit Spears too, as he's directly in the line of fire? She's shooting relatively close.

Revealing mistake: During the chase, the minivan makes multiple turns into alleys and onto roads. Tire marks are visible where multiple takes of the stunts were performed.

Revealing mistake: Multiple times when we see the speedometer of the minivan, the RPMs aren't moving. The car's shifter is also noticeably in park. This is obvious as its higher, whereas if were in drive, it would be lower. Even during the most intense moments, the RPMs never change. The car is obviously being towed by a camera vehicle.

Human Flow - S1-E1

Visible crew/equipment: During Ryan's segment, Sun, leads him into a house. The camera tracks behind them up some steps. The operator is visible in the glass on the left side briefly.

Other mistake: Fran is unconscious near a gas stove as Marla comes to save her. As Marla is trying to move her, Fran moves her leg even though she is supposed to be unconscious.

Continuity mistake: Joey gets killed, and the boys are holding back Billy. There's an issue here though. The scars from his lashings on his back that we saw moments earlier have disappeared.
