Breaking Bad (2008)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Emilio and Krazy 8 show up to the cook site to visit Walter. Krazy 8 leaves the drivers side door open when he exits the vehicle. Later when Walt is trying to flee the area in the RV, he drives past their car. The door is closed.

Suggested correction: A reasonable amount of time has passed from when Emilio exits the vehicle and when Walt drives off, having incapacitated Krazy and Emilio. Someone could quite reasonably have gone back to the car in that time.

Fall (2022)

Trivia: For the film, a real radio tower was built, albeit significantly shorter. The film was shot on a tall mountain, to give the illusion that the tower was much taller. A blue screen was placed below it. The two main female characters did their own stunts.

Visible crew/equipment: During several shots of driving at the beginning of the film, the shadows of the camera and equipment can be seen on the hood and Candy's clothes. Its clear enough to see the camera, a boom mic, and a c-stand.

Audio problem: At the start of the homecoming carnival, there are guys playing trumpets. They drop them as if they're done playing and the sound continues a bit longer than it should.

Sudden Death (1995)

Plot hole: Two helicopters approach the arena and one gets shot down. A huge explosion in the middle of a large city would be seen by thousands of people and police would respond, but law enforcement do not come and investigate.

Sudden Death (1995)

Stupidity: The secret service officer near the elevator gets shot right in the middle of his head by the Penguin mascot, and she drags his dead body into the elevator. Suddenly he's able to moan and groan and she shoots him again. The guy was very shot in the head, as in graphically. How is he suddenly alive enough to moan?

Suggested correction: A bullet to the head is not guaranteed to kill someone. Movies and video games have taught us that being shot in the head is instant death, but that just isn't the case.

BaconIsMyBFF

Pretty sure you wouldn't wake up in seconds after a bullet to the head.

manthabeat

Correct. You probably would just lay there stunned while moaning and groaning... exactly like the scene depicts.

He didn't "wake up", he moaned. Which is 100% possible and actually happens quite frequently.

BaconIsMyBFF

Someone I know shot himself in the head. He was making sounds when found and "lived" for another three months, though there was no higher brain function anymore.

Visible crew/equipment: Right before Thornhill gets shot by Eve, he's talking to Vandamm at the table. The camera moves backward. You can see its shadow on Thornhill's arm.

The Wrong Missy (2020)

Visible crew/equipment: On the shark boat, just before they take off without Missy, the cast is standing on the rear. To the left, near the end of the scene, the shadow of the boom mic is visible.

Continuity mistake: When Jake is holding onto the roof of the vehicle, he sees a toddler in the back seat. When the vehicle makes a turn and Jake falls off, the toddler isn't in the back seat.

True Lies (1994)

Visible crew/equipment: The first time we see Salim Abu Aziz on the Florida island, he has his back to the camera and turns around. The shot comes closer to him. The camera shadow becomes visible on him at that time.

True Lies (1994)

Trivia: The hotel chase and horse in the elevator scenes were actually filmed in two hotels in Los Angeles as opposed to Washington D.C. where the film was set. The building with the elevators is the Westin hotel near downtown, and the lobby chase was filmed at the now-demolished Ambassador on Wilshire.
