Visible crew/equipment: Skyler pulls up in her car at the home, talking to Walter Jr. about the truck in the driveway. During this scene the camera comes down to her side of the car. Its reflection is visible in the glass of the driver's side window. (00:32:50)

Continuity mistake: Just before the end, when going through the rapids, Burt Reynolds' life jacket moves around between shots. It's higher and lower depending on the angle.

Revealing mistake: The entire sequence of Voight climbing the cliff face is shot day for night, meaning the scene is supposed to take place during the night but was shot during the day. This is painfully obvious by the amount of contrast in the scenes we see sky (and the colored shots when he is on top of the cliff). When the camera pans up, it is a blue sky day but the scene takes place at night.

Visible crew/equipment: When Voight is making his way down the cliff face, he is rappelling. You can see a crew member feeding him rope at the top behind the trees.

Continuity mistake: Masterson spits on the glass while Frank talks to him. The spit pattern changes at least once during the scene. Check the lines running down the glass.

Visible crew/equipment: The shadows of the camera, crew, and film equipment are visible several times in the sequence when Clint is riding into the Native American camp and the two men are buried up to their heads. The equipment is most visible in the scenes when the sun is facing the Native Americans.

Audio problem: When James Franco is in the bed with the parents, there is one shot where he is not facing the camera but still talking. His mouth is moving but not matching with what he is saying.

Factual error: There would not be that many leaves still on trees in December in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The snow looks very fake and sprayed on in some shots.

Revealing mistake: Near the beginning Shia and Megan Fox are driving in Bumblebee, before it breaks down. There is no road shown in this entire scene, no matter which angle you see. No landscape either. This indicates the scene was probably shot on a soundstage and the car was not moving. It is also obvious there is no wind coming in through the windows.

Green Light - S3-E4

Visible crew/equipment: Skyler is making copies and the scene starts with a shot looking down into the copier (the Green Light). When the shot lightens a bit as the copier continues, you can see the camera lens. This makes sense because the camera is sitting directly on the copier looking down.

Visible crew/equipment: The Spider ride is rotating with Axel holding on for dear life. The shadow of the camera is visible on the ride as it moves.

Plot hole: After Captain Ron gets fired, Martin mentions seeing Roscoe. How does he know who this person is? This is the first time we've heard Roscoe mentioned in the film. Sure we are then shown that Roscoe is the pimp for the prostitute but how did Martin know who he was?

Visible crew/equipment: When Sherman and Carla are walking down the steps at the college, the camera is moving backwards down with them. When they are in the sun there is one moment where the shadow of the camera can be seen right between the two on the lower part of the screen.

Revealing mistake: Near the start of the journey, there is a shot of Chance and Shadow running through a creek. This is followed by a shot of Shadow coming toward the camera. As she turns off to the left screen, something on the bottom moves with her. It is likely a guide for the cat to follow.

Visible crew/equipment: When Chance is mingling at the wedding, the camera shows his point of view going under a table. The shadow of the camera (with wires) can be seen on the left side of the screen.

Continuity mistake: After Joshua is leaving Hunsaker's home after killing him, he is talking to Peter on a mobile phone and it is nearly dark. In Peter's scene in the car, the sun is still up and it is late afternoon/early evening. They are both in the same city.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film as the shields come down, the jets start firing missiles at the ship. There is a shot of Randy Quaid's son walking through the control room at Area 51. Notice in the background, the lights are blinking on and off. The alien ship hasn't fired it's main weapon yet. Once it does they show the lights flickering off and on in the control room. These scenes are several minutes apart.
