Revealing mistake: Michael and Lincoln climb over the dirt pile and down to the other side. The dirt area below them has been disturbed from previous takes.

Continuity mistake: The blood mark the young inmate leaves on the concrete changes from the time its made until when its found. When its made it is just a small blotch. When Bellick finds it, it is a full on hand print. (00:10:30 - 00:14:25)

Continuity mistake: Quinn falls into a well and you can see his cell phone sitting right next to him. A few minutes later he grabs it from his pocket as if it's been in there the whole time. (00:30:00 - 00:34:30)

Continuity mistake: Late in the film, Clare becomes unpopular again and a girl throws a drink at her shirt. The stain the drink makes changes considerably when she is cleaning it in the bathroom mirror (it is darker and more messy). The stain then is back to what it was earlier after that (before we see her wish for her mother to be alive).

Continuity mistake: Clare's pants split at her knee because she falls off her bike and she gets injured. When she returns home later to see her father, the pants have been fixed and there is no hole.

Trivia: Holly says to Walter "mama" after he changes her diaper. This scene wasn't scripted but Bryan Cranston kept going, realizing it was gold.

Visible crew/equipment: Skyler pulls up in her car at the home, talking to Walter Jr. about the truck in the driveway. During this scene the camera comes down to her side of the car. Its reflection is visible in the glass of the driver's side window. (00:32:50)

Continuity mistake: Just before the end, when going through the rapids, Burt Reynolds' life jacket moves around between shots. It's higher and lower depending on the angle.

Revealing mistake: The entire sequence of Voight climbing the cliff face is shot day for night, meaning the scene is supposed to take place during the night but was shot during the day. This is painfully obvious by the amount of contrast in the scenes we see sky (and the colored shots when he is on top of the cliff). When the camera pans up, it is a blue sky day but the scene takes place at night.

Visible crew/equipment: When Voight is making his way down the cliff face, he is rappelling. You can see a crew member feeding him rope at the top behind the trees.

Continuity mistake: Masterson spits on the glass while Frank talks to him. The spit pattern changes at least once during the scene. Check the lines running down the glass.

Visible crew/equipment: The shadows of the camera, crew, and film equipment are visible several times in the sequence when Clint is riding into the Native American camp and the two men are buried up to their heads. The equipment is most visible in the scenes when the sun is facing the Native Americans.

Audio problem: When James Franco is in the bed with the parents, there is one shot where he is not facing the camera but still talking. His mouth is moving but not matching with what he is saying.
