Red Dawn (1984)

Continuity mistake: When the small band of troops comes up the mountain to take pictures and read the sign, one of them snaps a photo of the view. We see a static shot of what he is looking at, trees covered in snow and fog in the valley. Later however, we see the same view. There is no snow on the trees and no fog down below.

Red Dawn (1984)

Continuity mistake: During the beginning, the sky changes numerous times. In some shots it's just plain blue sky. In others it's full on cloudy. It goes back to sunny when the kids leave the school. Also you can tell some shots were filmed later in the day. Use the sun angle to see this.

Die Hard (1988)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end when all of the papers are falling from the building, there is a wide shot. On the right hand side of the shot looks to be some kind of blower machine making the papers come out.

Welcome to Marwen (2018)

Continuity mistake: When Roberta comes over to give Mark the doll he left at the shop, we see an animated sequence just before this. The character in the animated sequence gets her top ripped open. In the real life version, the doll has more of its shirt ripped open.

Revealing mistake: Near the beginning as the helicopter arrives to take the boy away, a man steps on a tumbleweed. The weed bends as he steps on it, and it is flat. It is a prop.

SLC Punk! (1998)

Factual error: The Wells Fargo Center is visible in multiple shots throughout the film. It was built in 1998, the same year the film was shot. It was certainly not around when the film was set, 1985.

SLC Punk! (1998)

Visible crew/equipment: When Steve-O is talking to his father in the car, at one point a crew member can be seen reflected in the door. He's visible enough that you can see him shift his weight. He appears to be standing next to the camera which is also visible at times.

Pet Sematary (1989)

Continuity mistake: In the scene at the table where Jud admits he is to blame for what happened to Gage, Louis is talking to him and the scene cuts to a wide shot. As Louis is talking he is looking at Jud and has his mouth open. Cut, and his head is down and his mouth closed.

Speed (1994)

Factual error: The bomber wants his money by 11 am. The sun should be almost directly overhead. Why then are there late afternoon-early evening shadows at the end of the film?
