Continuity mistake: The sky changes multiple times when they turn onto "Bob's road", right after nearly running into Jonas' team. It goes from being very cloudy and gloomy to blue sky to cloudy and gloomy again in the space of seconds.

Continuity mistake: The boat narrowly escapes going over the waterfall and turns down another tributary. In the overhead shot the river here still looks very choppy but when we see everybody on the boat, the water behind them is going very slow.

Visible crew/equipment: In the dugout of the final game versus the Indians, the two women come over to talk to Frank Sinatra about Kelly. The scene pulls back and a very obvious camera shadow lingers on Sinatra.

Continuity mistake: The sign that the slug is hammering into the ground near the big roller coaster changes fonts three times.

Continuity mistake: Daryl is caught in a classroom and fights one of the Pope's men. He has him in a corner by the door where a walker comes. The walker gets killed by people on The Other Side of the door and it noticeably splatters on the glass. Two people break the door down and get inside. The splatter disappears on the glass.

Visible crew/equipment: When the first car gets blown up by the remote control vehicle, stunt wires are visible coming out of it to aid in the explosion effect.

Trivia: Members of the band Guns N Roses appear in this film. They're visible in the funeral scene, and they are working on the boat when the director fires the man. Slash, the band's guitarist, is the one who fires the harpoon through the window.

Visible crew/equipment: When Callahan is fighting the two bodyguards on the dock, the camera pans down as one falls and its shadow is visible on his back.

Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning after they pull Harry's shot up car upright, there is a shot with a bunch of shadows on the vehicle. One of them is the camera operator and you can see the outline of it.

Trivia: Nolan North, who does motion capture in the games for Nathan Drake, is on the beach at the resort. He asks Nate and Chloe what happened, and they say they fell out of a plane. He says that happened to him once. He's referring to the third game in the Uncharted series where similar events happen.

Factual error: Chloe and Nathan use a GPS tracker in their phone while Sully is above them searching for key holes. They're both able to stay together due to this. The problem is Chloe and Nate are underground. GPS uses satellites and they wouldn't work underground.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, the bouquet of flowers that the dragon has in its mouth switches sides. At first it's on the same side as donkey, then jumps to the other side in the wide shot.

Continuity mistake: At Cousin Eddie's "house", right before they go to Hoover Dam, in one scene a noticeable dust storm is happening but in the very next shot, its not.

Visible crew/equipment: When Christie Brinkley is keeping pace with Clark in her sports car, the camera vehicle is reflected in the passenger side window of her car. It's not the Griswold's minivan.

Visible crew/equipment: The camera filming the wide shot of the press conference with the US Marshals and Chicago PD blends in with the rest of the camera crews there doing the conference. It is blatantly visible behind everyone asking questions. The angle from this camera is used at least twice. You can identify it by its film magazine. Almost all news organizations in the 1990s used video tape as opposed to film, so a film camera used during a press conference would and does stick out like a sore thumb.

Visible crew/equipment: Marty visits the FBI agent at her home. The camera starts far away from them in another room, and pushes in through the door frame. On the left side of the frame, the camera's shadow becomes very obvious as the shot moves.

Revealing mistake: Near the end when the orphans are exiting the building in the bus, you can tell they practised the sliding part. There are marks in the roof of the bus from previous takes.
