Visible crew/equipment: When the apartment owner comes over to the killer's apartment, she puts an envelope over near others. Right as she notices the flies, the camera tracks to the left and back. You can see its shadow cast on the wall to the left.

Continuity mistake: Later in the episode a man bangs on an air conditioner to try and stop it from making noise. In the first scene you can tell air is moving because the streamers are moving. After he bangs on the unit the streamers stop moving. The air conditioner is still on. (00:32:30)

Audio problem: J.T. Walsh is talking to Mulder and Scully about how smart the inmate was. During this sequence, one of the scenes has very poor audio sync. J.T. Is talking but his mouth doesn't match what he is saying. (00:07:25)

Visible crew/equipment: Negan and Carl go for a ride in the big truck. Daryl tells Negan not to harm Carl and he flips him off. In this scene, the camera tracks upward and its shadow casts on the truck. Also a film light can be seen reflected in the door jam.

The sky behind all of them is different, specifically the mother and her daughter. In other shots there is blue sky. In these shots there are darker clouds.

Continuity mistake: When George is introduced with Laura, a lady tells someone grilling what to cook. Bush puts a finger in his ear because it's loud. The shot flips to the other side and his hands are down.

Visible crew/equipment: Amanda and Kirstie Alley get into a taxi near the beginning of the movie. The camera and crew are visible in the window.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when the hijackers are trying to take off at the airport there is a shot where the plane goes over some emergency vehicles (before it takes off). These vehicles disappear in the following shot when the plane hits the tree branches. Also, a taxiing jet would've blown the vehicles and people around. Nothing of the sort happens in that scene.

Continuity mistake: Kilgore is talking about how he wants to surf the beach. The lighting changes significantly in the space of seconds from the shots of the surf to the shots of the fighting. The shots of the surf are later in the day while the angle of the sun in the fighting shots is higher indicating afternoon.

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene following the leak at the plant when Truman's wife is trying to ask him what is going on, she is standing next to a counter. Look at the farthest left door. A shadow of a crew member can be seen moving.
