Continuity mistake: When Sam is going on stage near the beginning, another guy peels off his moustache and says "imposter." The problem is, the makeup lady already removed his moustache earlier in the episode.

Factual error: While it's done for furthering the plot, climbing a live AM radio tower would result in RF burns and would possibly be fatal. The man who cuts the transmission cable would be in a lot of pain or dead doing that in real life.

Continuity mistake: When the cat is attempting to get the fruity pebbles, Jennifer Garner starts to open a drawer. She never fully opens it. In the next shot it is fully open.

Revealing mistake: When Sam is getting ready with the other woman, the shoes on the floor do not match in the reflection. Their position is off.

Revealing mistake: Sam and the other woman are staring at their reflections while Sam is getting ready. Notice where the woman with darker hair is standing in relation to Sam. Their mirror images are further apart. The woman with darker hair also has her head tilted to the right slightly. Her mirror image doesn't.

Continuity mistake: When Bob Lee and Isaac are in the firefight in the office building, the bullet holes in the walls change position or disappear.

Visible crew/equipment: In the desert, Helmet asks the guys "combing" the desert if they've found anything. The camera crew is reflected in the helmet of the guy that says "we ain't found shit."

Revealing mistake: Sam is getting shot at in the aircraft hanger. He hides behind a yellow machine and a bullet hits it. The bullet produces a flash but leaves no mark where it hits. A real bullet would have left a gash at the least.

Continuity mistake: The woman that asks Jemaine out on a date backstage repeats an action twice. Before the scene cuts she looks to the right toward Jemaine. In the next shot from a different angle she does this again.

Continuity mistake: Frank's bruise on his left eye (a black eye) grows larger when he tries to get the man on the forklift's attention. Earlier in the episode the bruise is smaller. Later in the episode the bruise returns to the same size it was before.

Continuity mistake: Bret and Jemaine begin fighting in the studio, knocking over a microphone stand. When Murray comes in the studio the microphone is standing up.

Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning when Nick Nolte is in the back of the truck, the sun is behind the camera. You can see the shadow of the camera operator perfectly along with the camera's shadow.

Continuity mistake: When Jamie Lee Curtis and Tia Carrere are fighting in the limo, their hands can be seen wrestling for the gun on the roof in one quick shot before that action actually happens.

Continuity mistake: The glass in the picture of Ryan Reynolds cracks as the casket is starting to catch fire. In one shot, which is wider, the glass has fixed itself. Cut to a closeup, the glass is broken again.
