Superbad (2007)

Trivia: Whenever we see any of Seth drawing the phallic pictures in the flashback, the hands we see drawing in closeups are actually the hands of a small-proportioned woman, because child labor laws wouldn't permit the child-actors to see or draw the pictures. The same holds true for the over-the-shoulder closeup of young Becca looking at the picture.

Superbad (2007)

Trivia: Actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse was only 17 during the filming of the movie, creating some problems with shooting due to child labor laws. During pre-production, he was not allowed to see certain props or items from the film (such as Seth's phallic drawings), and his sex-scene had to be very carefully monitored and edited, as certain "actions" (such as too much skin, certain types of movements or positions, etc.) would violate the law.

Steamboy (2004)

Trivia: In the English dub of the film, Anna Paquin voices Ray Steam, Alfred Molina voices Edward (Ray's father) and Patrick Stewart voices Lloyd (Ray's grandfather). The three also share another connection in real-life. Paquin and Stewart co-starred in all three "X-Men" films, which were created by Marvel, and Molina starred in another popular Marvel comic-turned-film, when he appeared as the villain in "Spider-Man 2."

Trivia: A post-credit sequence in this film hints at a third "Hellboy: Animated" film that would feature a popular character from the comics named "Lobster Johnson." However, the studios were not pleased with the DVD sales for the first two "Hellboy Animated" films, and all production on the third has been put on hold.

Saw V (2008)

Trivia: Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, the writers of both "Saw IV" and "Saw V", have a cameo in the flashback of Hoffman being kidnapped and meeting Jigsaw for the first time. When Hoffman is about to get on the elevator right before getting kidnapped, Dunstan is the second man to exit the elevator (he is in black and has a beard), right after the snobbish woman. Melton is the tall man who exits the elevator last before Hoffman enters.

Saw V (2008)

Trivia: The elderly couple who notices Jill Tuck in the waiting room near the beginning are actually the parents of the film's casting director, and the receptionist in the scene is played by a receptionist who works for Twisted Pictures (which produces the "Saw" films) in real life.
