Continuity mistake: During the police chase, the hub caps on Saul's police car keep appearing and disappearing throughout the whole chase.

Continuity mistake: In the end of the movie when the three friends are eating, Dale's right ear, which has been shot off, appears fully intact with only blood on it. It again appears half shot off when the camera angle switches from front to side.

Continuity mistake: During the fight scene in the bathroom, the location of the sink on the floor changes between camera angles. Some shots it is lying on its side, others it is lying on the back rim.

Factual error: Throughout the entire scene in the police car chase, the slushy on the windscreen seems to have a host of problems. For starters the slushy is covered completely over the windscreen. Franco was hit and the slushy landed on the windscreen. Unless it was poured evenly down, it would spread out from where it hit. It could cover a good area of the screen, just not the entire screen. The next problem is the density of it. Certainly it could cover much of the screen but it's primarily ice and liquid. The substance would slide down the windshield and dry up. The fact they are driving so fast, swerving around etc., would mean the substance wouldn't likely stay stuck to the windows. Even if it had a good deal of time to stick, it would be near impossible. Finally the windshield in many shots appears to be in blotches like a painting. Again, the substance is not paint, it was spilt on and was only one substance. The substance might be more concentrated where it hit, but it would be less concentrated in other locations.

Continuity mistake: When Saul comes into Angie's house she stabs him with a fork, yet, towards the end of the movie there are no holes in that shirt.

Revealing mistake: In the nursing home when Budlofski and Matheson are looking for Saul, we see Saul break a coffee pot over Matheson's head. When the coffee pot breaks you see coffee splash across the top of the camera.

Continuity mistake: The cut over Dale's right eyebrow changes shape, position and size throughout the movie. It even disappears at some points.

Continuity mistake: When Seth Rogan is talking to Danny Mcbride in the bathroom, Danny Mcbride's spaghetti changes position. (As if it was knocked over during the shot).

Continuity mistake: When Red is sitting at the toilet after he's been shot, there's a bowl of noodles on the toilet seat. There are two noodles that change shape from separated to together without Red having touched them. The noodles haven't fallen on their own, they were dried out and sticking to the side of the bowl. Factual error: Several times throughout the movie, Saul talks about daylight saving time and changing his grandma's clocks. Daylight saving time always happens on Sunday, but in the beginning of the movie Dale was visiting his girlfriend at school, so at the latest the movie took place on a Friday - Saturday, (Tuesday if you go by the fight scene in Red's house), definitely not a Saturday - Sunday.

Continuity mistake: During the chase scenes, the driver side window of the car that Dale and Saul are in is rolled up. When Saul slams on the brakes during the chase, the lady cop shoots out the passenger side window of the car on her first shot. Her second shot obviously goes over Saul's head, but it doesn't shoot out the driver side window. The window is still intact when they abandon the car.

Continuity mistake: During the chase scene, the police car they are riding in loses a hubcap, but in the next shot it's back on, then it's off again.
