Trivia: Danny DeVito was originally attached to direct the film and co-star as "The Shoveler," but left due to creative differences. Co-star Ben Stiller was also approached to direct, but he decided against it due to the size of the production. Finally, commercial director Kinka Usher signed on. It wound up being the only feature film he ever directed.

Mystery Men (1999)
Trivia: Ever since the film came out, there has been a conspiracy theory that it was secretly directed by Tim Burton, and that director Kinka Usher was a pseudonym he used. Alleged "evidence" includes the fact it was the only film Usher ever directed. In truth, Usher is a very real person (in fact, he's a famous TV commercial director) and did indeed direct the film... he simply decided to go back to commercials after the movie came out as he didn't enjoy the experience making a feature film.

Maniac Cop 3: Badge of Silence (1993)
Trivia: The initial cut of the film came in at under one hour. Original director William Lustig refused to shoot any new scenes and walked away from the production. Joel Soisson was brought in to direct several new scenes to pad the film out. Additionally, outtakes and clips from "Maniac Cop 2" were also spliced into the film to lightly pad the runtime.

Maniac Cop 2 (1990)
Trivia: Claudia Christian did not want to make the film and only took the job for the paycheck. Reportedly, she frequently got into fights with the director and other cast members, threw a tantrum when she found out she didn't have the biggest trailer, refused to shoot certain scenes, and would often refuse to take direction. She also hadn't disclosed that she was pregnant at the time to the producers, and as a result suffered a miscarriage while filming a strenuous stunt scene. Since she hadn't disclosed the pregnancy, the producers were not held liable for the incident. They reluctantly allowed her to return to the film with the condition that they wouldn't sue her for the monetary losses she had cost the production, amounting to around $200,000.

Game Night (2018)
Trivia: Spoilers: There's a pretty subtle bit of foreshadowing in Gary's house. When he's seated and the group is playing Jenga, if you look behind Gary, there are two old-fashioned guns on the mantle. The way the shots of Gary are framed throughout the scene, both guns are pointed right at him several times. Later in the movie, Gary ends up being shot twice by two different guns - once by a gun loaded with blanks and once by a gun loaded with live ammunition.

Game Night (2018)
Trivia: Danny Huston plays the mobster Donald Anderton, who hosts an underground fight club. He briefly mentions that his fighter is named "Logan." Danny Huston also played William Stryker in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," in which he was the commander of Wolverine - aka "Logan." This is either a bizarre coincidence or a subtle reference... either way, it's pretty amusing.

Ant-Man (2015)
Trivia: When Scott goes sub-atomic during the climax, pay close attention. For a very brief instant, there are a few flash-frames of a human figure, and a human silhouette can briefly be seen reflected on Scott's mask. It's very easy to miss the first time you watch the movie. These are indeed meant to be hints that Hank's wife Janet is still alive in the quantum realm.

Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)
Trivia: Ghost is typically portrayed as an unnamed male in the comic books. Director Peyton Reed said the decision to make Ghost a woman was made simply because they thought it was "more interesting." They felt that given the fact that Ghost in the comics has never been given a definitive true identity, they could completely reinterpret the character to fit the film.

Trivia: Major Spoilers: In the beginning of the movie, when Max and Annie are kissing on the subway, there's a scrolling LED display behind them. If you pay attention, the screen reads "Don't trust Gary." This is (pretty blatant) foreshadowing towards the twist where Gary is revealed to have staged the kidnapping of Brooks to create his own "game night."

Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
Trivia: Natalie Portman originally exited the MCU due to her being unhappy with the production of "Thor: The Dark World" for various reasons, including the firing of original director Patty Jenkins. After she agreed to do a small voice-over cameo in "Avengers: Endgame" as a favor to the production, she agreed to take a meeting with director Taika Waititi. According to producer Kevin Feige, Waititi quickly won her over and convinced her to return to the MCU by the end of the meeting.

Trivia: With this movie, Thor will become the first MCU hero to have four stand-alone movies. He's also the first Marvel character overall to have four stand-alone movies within the same franchise.
