Revealing mistake: After the huge rooftop umbrella is launched onto the street there's a small umbrella hanging from its handle, and when Batman uses his Batarang to swing towards the huge umbrella's shaft, his stunt wires are visible. (00:18:45)

Smack in the Middle (2) - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: While Riddler is with the unconscious guests at the Moldavian exhibit, in the basement of the Moldavian Pavilion the Mole Hill gang blow up the ceiling to create an entry to the exhibit, on the floor above. They lean two tall ladders at the side of the hole and climb up. When Riddler makes for an escape Batman follows him down below, and now we can see long metal brackets bolting the ladders to the floor for safety. (00:20:20 - 00:22:00)

Revealing mistake: When Nix tells Miles, "Just kill Riktor for me," Nix rushes out shooting at everyone, and in some of the following shots the actress has chroma key fabric wrapped around the two "missing" fingers which Dane severed earlier. The chroma key fabric was used for effects editing, but those shots were missed in post production. After Nix has opened her trench coat, those fingers are "missing" properly. (01:21:10)

Revealing mistake: When Dane throws the blade back at Nix he severs two of her fingers, along with the skull ring, from her right hand. A short while later, when Nix grabs a hammer and raises her right hand while shouting, "I have the power," there's a nice closeup showing all five of Nix's fingers gripping the handle. Revealing mistake: While Julius is talking to the man in front of the lingerie store on Hollywood Blvd, when the man's partner rides up on a motorcycle and tries to snatch the suitcase, we can see the stunt wire carabiner attached to the back of his jacket as he flies off. (00:12:30)

Revealing mistake: At the party, when Lily is told by her dancing partner that she's dancing on air, the dark stunt wires keeping her aloft are visible. (00:16:25)

Revealing mistake: While Roger is in the bathroom he hears banging, and when he opens the door he sees the gardening tools poised to attack, and in the shot from the bedroom facing Roger, we can see the stunt wires attached to the hedge shears as it hovers in front of the door's wood casing. Revealing mistake: The Jaguar owner holds up the piece of paper with "bomb on bus" written on it, then he loses his grip on it, and when the paper lands directly on the bus windshield, the stunt wires are visible at its sides. (00:37:35)

Revealing mistake: At the start, when Joker has sprung himself from prison, there are three shots of the giant spring, and the wires holding up the platform at the top are visible. In the third shot, one of the wires even glistens for a moment as it moves. (00:02:35)

Revealing mistake: After the scene with the apothecary where the two eunuchs purchased the belladonna it then cuts to Esther, and in her closeup as she lifts the silver cup to drink, there's a small white modern sticker on the underside of the cup. (01:02:00)

Revealing mistake: When Willie catches Rockford and Rocky trespassing on the posted land, as Willie says, "No season on varmints," this closeup and the following closeup are flipped shots, note his shirt buttons. (00:14:10)

Revealing mistake: While Homer is waiting for Marge to come downstairs, both Patty and Selma are wearing turtlenecks. When Homer thanks Mr. Bouvier, in the next wide shot as the twins nod their heads, both of their turtlenecks are not colored in properly at their torsos, so the background is visible through their bodies. Revealing mistake: While Grandma Dynamite is on the roof sending smoke signals, Sonny is standing in the tree. When Sonny starts laughing we can see the bottom of his jagged clothing is now a mere straight line and his legs have vanished. (00:16:45)

Revealing mistake: When Frankie and Tanya visit Eugene while he's playing the video game, he refuses to give them the pills he made. They call him a coward then leave, and in the next closeup of Eugene's video game screen we can see his reflection, but the problem is his reflection is not reversed as it should be (note his shirt buttons, etc). Revealing mistake: After Mona has the second dream she rushes into the living room, and when she pulls the blanket off Spencer she is shocked that he's completely naked, but we can see the actor is actually clothed when he gets up to get dressed. (00:10:55)

Revealing mistake: Right at the start, in the tight closeup just as Sweeney squeezes the trigger, "Replica Independent Studio Services Sunland, CA" can be seen engraved on the prop weapon. ISS is a supplier of props for production studios. (00:00:10)

Revealing mistake: When Abby and Palmer tell Gibbs about General Gadet, Palmer notes that Ellie has been trying to find his last location, and Ellie replies, "Which I think I have and something more." Then Ellie walks over to Gibbs with her laptop to show him the NSA intel report about General Gadet. The problem is the first sentence of the NSA report reads, "Which I think I have and something more," which was Ellie's reply in the dialogue, and a few lines down are three paragraphs of nonsensical filler text. Revealing mistake: While Ellie and George are in the attic, Ellie uses her laptop to access contact info and gets Richard Doogan's DOD military service record. There's a closeup of the laptop screen as she begins to read aloud, but the problem is part of the paragraph reads, "And he's only a few hours away in Kansas..." and especially "I need to update Gibbs" which are Ellie's lines in the dialogue with her brother.
