Revealing mistake: When Frankie and Tanya visit Eugene while he's playing the video game, he refuses to give them the pills he made. They call him a coward then leave, and in the next closeup of Eugene's video game screen we can see his reflection, but the problem is his reflection is not reversed as it should be (note his shirt buttons, etc). Revealing mistake: After Mona has the second dream she rushes into the living room, and when she pulls the blanket off Spencer she is shocked that he's completely naked, but we can see the actor is actually clothed when he gets up to get dressed. (00:10:55)

Revealing mistake: Right at the start, in the tight closeup just as Sweeney squeezes the trigger, "Replica Independent Studio Services Sunland, CA" can be seen engraved on the prop weapon. ISS is a supplier of props for production studios. (00:00:10)

Revealing mistake: When Abby and Palmer tell Gibbs about General Gadet, Palmer notes that Ellie has been trying to find his last location, and Ellie replies, "Which I think I have and something more." Then Ellie walks over to Gibbs with her laptop to show him the NSA intel report about General Gadet. The problem is the first sentence of the NSA report reads, "Which I think I have and something more," which was Ellie's reply in the dialogue, and a few lines down are three paragraphs of nonsensical filler text. Revealing mistake: While Ellie and George are in the attic, Ellie uses her laptop to access contact info and gets Richard Doogan's DOD military service record. There's a closeup of the laptop screen as she begins to read aloud, but the problem is part of the paragraph reads, "And he's only a few hours away in Kansas..." and especially "I need to update Gibbs" which are Ellie's lines in the dialogue with her brother. Revealing mistake: After Betty leaves Jodie the voicemail, when Betty looks at Henry's Facebook page with the intention of unfriending him, she moves the cursor to the "remove friend" tab. Then in Betty's closeup we see that tab's reflections on both lenses of her eyeglasses, but the problem is the reflections are not backwards. (00:33:35)

Revealing mistake: When O'Neill starts taking Polaroid photos of Cassidy in the barn, Cassidy's blouse is properly buttoned up, but the second photo O'Neill takes shows Cassidy's blouse is being held together with a large safety pin, then the buttons are intact again. (00:39:10)

Revealing mistake: While Maureen and John are piloting their two maintenance pods, in the closeups which face each of them head-on, note the walls behind them have numerous identical smudges in their individual pods, which is especially noticeable in consecutive closeups.

Revealing mistake: When Agatha and the other "ladies of the Sandwich Island Botanical Society" show up near the chopper, aside from TC's perfect reaction toward Higgie Baby, in this shot (and a following shot) the wood box and wedges are visible under the chopper, as they are there to be the stable step up for Agatha, when she enters the chopper from the other side. Revealing mistake: In the cave, after Magnum bangs on the ground the hidden door opens, and when he lights another torch flame, the end of the cave set is visible at the right side of the screen. Also, in the previous shot Magnum is not wearing his watch when the door opens, then it suddenly appears on his wrist when he crawls through the doorway. (00:03:45)

Revealing mistake: When TC and Bryant leave Agent Estin's office it cuts to TC's van on the highway, and as we hear Magnum in the voiceover talking about his dad's advice, "to call the monsters out," we can see the shadow of the helicopter filming this footage. (00:08:20)

Revealing mistake: In the opening shots of TC's helicopter, in one shot there are two helicopter shadows being cast on the water below, one shadow is TC's chopper and the other shadow is the filming chopper. The helicopter also changes between the T-tailed, Y-tailed, and different type skids. (00:01:30)

Revealing mistake: When Sato arrives at the estate he exits the car then walks with his two guards towards Higgins, and in the wide shot as Higgins and Sato face each other for the first time, note all the small branches strategically placed on the grass to mark the four actors' proper positions for blocking the shot. Revealing mistake: When TC, Rick, and Higgins rescue Magnum and JL in the chopper, TC is wearing a short sleeve light blue tee shirt, but once they take off with Magnum hanging onto the side of the chopper, in Magnum's closeup TC is wearing a yellow tee shirt. Also note, the pilot in this shot is wearing dark brown spandex-type long sleeves under his short sleeved yellow tee shirt, to give the appearance of being the same skin color as TC. (00:39:20)

Revealing mistake: When Magnum chases after Randolph at the airport tarmac and finally catches him, there's an outline of elbow pads on Magnum's sleeves. Earlier, there was a shot from behind Magnum as he pulled the gun from his waistband, and his sleeves were normal.
