Revealing mistake: When Nix tells Miles, "Just kill Riktor for me," Nix rushes out shooting at everyone, and in some of the following shots the actress has chroma key fabric wrapped around the two "missing" fingers which Dane severed earlier. The chroma key fabric was used for effects editing, but those shots were missed in post production. After Nix has opened her trench coat, those fingers are "missing" properly. (01:21:10)
Revealing mistake: When Dane throws the blade back at Nix he severs two of her fingers, along with the skull ring, from her right hand. A short while later, when Nix grabs a hammer and raises her right hand while shouting, "I have the power," there's a nice closeup showing all five of Nix's fingers gripping the handle. Revealing mistake: The animated screw on Miles' thumb moves differently than his hand, although it should be attached to it. (00:48:44)
