Revealing mistake: While the circus crowd is gathered around the cage with Gargantua, there's a closeup of the gorilla as he roars and we can see the stuntman's human teeth behind the gorilla's teeth. It happens again in Gargantua's closeup while he's climbing up to Steigler's window.
Revealing mistake: When one of the Nazis brings Drusilla a hot meal while she's being held in the deserted warehouse, in the shot just as she whacks him in the stomach we can see the stunt cable over the Nazi (stunt double) which lifts and pulls him back.
Revealing mistake: During the scenes with Opie and Dolly in Walt's barn, the horse is wearing a halter with a ring under the adjustable chinstrap, and in every closeup a thin wire (like picture wire) can be seen attached to the ring as it's being pulled from offscreen to have Dolly turn her head away from Opie. Then later when Walt returns and tries to feed Dolly, once again a thin wire attached to Dolly's halter is pulled from offscreen, so she will turn her head away from Walt.(00:05:55 - 00:18:20)
Revealing mistake: When Andy and Goober enter the Taylor house Andy calls for Aunt Bee, and just as she walks out of the kitchen we can see the end of the set wall inside the kitchen.(00:14:20)
Revealing mistake: While the Taylors are watching the scene being filmed of the attempted jailbreak Gavin MacLeod plays the sheriff, but while he's fighting the Calhoun brothers it's the actor's stunt double who's actually doing the fighting.(00:17:45)
Revealing mistake: (Part 4) After Omega takes off his mask and looks in the mirror, when he sees that his physical body doesn't exist he puts his mask back on and screams, but when he shouts, "If I exist only by my will, then my will is to destroy," Omega's mask pops up off his face, and we can see the actor's blackened face as he shouts the last bit of his dialogue.(00:07:10)
Revealing mistake: When Andy arrives at the studio for the publicity shots, while he's speaking to Mr. Michaels note that behind them we can see the Taylors' Mayberry kitchen cabinet/counter and a wall with their distinctive gold/silver design wallpaper.(00:03:50)
Revealing mistake: When Andy, Aunt Bee, and Opie are visiting the studio set while the scene between fake Aunt Bee and fake Andy is being filmed in a fake Taylor living room, note that behind the real Taylors we can see bits of the interior of their Mayberry house scattered in the background offstage. Some things to look for include their living room's stone wall with the mantle, their two reddish chairs (one with the fringe at the bottom), and a wall with their distinctive gold/silver design wallpaper. It's particularly funny when Opie looks at the "fake" living room set and comments, "Is that our house? It sure looks different!" while we the viewers can see the "real" Taylor set behind him.(00:20:35)
Revealing mistake: When Cindy and her parents get home after the television show, just as Carol and Mike walk down the steps the set's unfinished wood can be seen at the edge of the steps, at the bottom right corner of the screen.(00:22:40)
Revealing mistake: When Ricky and Lucy find their train compartment, while they stand outside their door talking we can see the actor playing the porter peeking out of the next compartment's door waiting for his cue, and in a few moments he opens the door just as Lucy approaches.(00:02:20)
Revealing mistake: At the end of Lucy and Van Johnson's dance, Ricky and everyone else clap as Lucy walks through the curtain to head "backstage', and in the next shot just as Lucy walks through the curtain we catch a glimpse of Desi Arnaz standing there waiting for his cue. Then in a few moments Ricky, Ethel, Fred, and Caroline all rush in excitedly to congratulate Lucy.(00:24:55)
Revealing mistake: At the Brown Derby, when Lucy bumps into the waiter causing him to trip and spill the tray all over William Holden, we can see that the waiter's hand is taped to the bottom of the tray for the stunt to be done efficiently.(00:15:15)
Revealing mistake: After the cheese sandwich experience at Skinner's diner, when Lucy takes the wheel and they all drive off heading to Cincinnati, the Pontiac's glass windshield and rearview mirror are gone, and they're gone again when they end up back at that diner the second time.(00:09:20 - 00:10:35)
Revealing mistake: The Pontiac's glass windshield is gone when the car is loaded down with everyone's stuff, thanks to Fred's packing, and the windshield is also very noticeably gone when they all finally drive off. The rearview mirror, which should be attached to the windshield frame, is gone as well.(00:20:30 - 00:22:50)
Revealing mistake: After Ricky and Lucy split up to go fishing Ricky yells that she should watch out for bears, and when Lucy stops at a tree and crouches down, the huge tree beside her jiggles when she leans on it.(00:13:40)
Revealing mistake: When Ricky startles Lucy in the kitchen just as she's getting the salt, she climbs up through the kitchen/living room window, and in the shot from the living room when she and Ricky step down onto the chair, we can see the four long metal brackets which bolt the chair to the floor for safety.(00:13:15)
Revealing mistake: When Ricky, Fred, and Ethel are rehearsing the hospital run, we can see the area to the left and right of the couch, as well as the back wall by the desk. The problem is the telephone cord doesn't actually lead anywhere, it's just coiled up under the couch and not connected to anything. When Lucy says it's time to go to the hospital, Ethel uses the phone to contact the doctor but gets a busy signal, which would be quite impossible.(00:09:55)
Revealing mistake: While Poe leads the aerial assault on the oscillator, in the closeups of Poe and other X-wing fighter pilots, note the cockpit windows at the pilots' left and right have identical marks and scratches in their individual X-wings. It's particularly noticeable when one closeup follows another.
Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode, during Serena and Samantha's second meeting with Mr. Beams, in the wideshots of the two women sitting on the couch and also when they're both poking their heads through the doorway, Serena's body double actually appears face-forward. Additionally, in the closeups of Serena and Sam on the couch, both are played by Elizabeth Montgomery, and we can see the wall's color difference behind them due to the use of the split-screen technique.(00:22:25)
Revealing mistake: During Quidditch tryouts, when Ron blocks the Quaffle with his head in the closeup, Ron's body disappears at the bottom of the screen below the digital editing line. (Only visible on fullscreen DVD).
