Revealing mistake: When Squad 51 is dispatched from the stationhouse, the exterior shots show buildings, traffic, trees, etc., they pass along the way. In some close-up shots of Gage and DeSoto while en route, too much of the vehicle's left and/or right sides are visible, which actually shows nothing but a blank screen behind them.

Revealing mistake: At Minas Tirith, after Frodo wakes up and finally sees Gandalf standing at the center of the footboard, there are three wideshots which face the doorway from the side of the bed. In that second shot, when Gimli stands in the doorway, just as he throws his arms open, a laughing Gandalf's eye contact is not in line with any of the Hobbits. Frodo, Merry and Pippin are huddled together in Frodo's bed, and Gandalf's eyes are actually looking to their sides.

Revealing mistake: When Engine 51 and/or Squad 51 are dispatched, the shots of the vehicles when they are first dispatched, while en route to the call or en route to Rampart, etc, in many instances, are stock footage or repeat shots which show the same traffic, same parked cars, same people, etc., from previous episodes.

Revealing mistake: In many of Dixie's close-ups the use of the soft focus lens is rather apparent. This could be an acceptable directorial decision, were it not for the fact that in some shots where there's movement (of a hand, for example) that passes through the corners of the shot, the thick 'hazy cloud' is blatantly visible and quite distracting.

Revealing mistake: At the stairs of Cirith Ungol, after Gollum says, "Come away, Hobbits. We climb. We must climb," there is close-up of Hobbit feet. The next shot as Frodo and Sam climb, is a flipped shot - just note the stew pot on Sam's back, it is on his left side, though he carries it on his right side. Sometimes, what gives away the reversed shots are the Lórien leaf brooches or Sam's pots and pans.

Revealing mistake: Squad 51 has a flashing light-bar mounted on the roof of the vehicle. There is about 4-5" of space between the length of the light frame and the roof, which means that Squad 51's surrounding environment is easily visible through that gap in normal shots. The hiccup here are certain close-ups of Gage and DeSoto while they're 'driving', because that gap is covered (with red to match the vehicle) and sometimes, when it's daylight, the gap is dark. The same thing happens with the space behind the cab unit (seen through the window), with the red blocking the opening.

Revealing mistake: When Holly is in bed with William, and then finds out that he is 'Billy from the band', just as she pulls away from him to bolt out of bed, the modesty top she wears is quickly seen.

Revealing mistake: At the Winchester, just before Shaun shoots naked zombie Pete, his underwear is actually visible. (01:24:05)

Revealing mistake: When Shaun tackles the blue robe zombie they both slam through the wood fence. The thick black protective vest that Shaun wears is very noticeable under his shirt and is actually visible below his shirt collar. (00:58:10)

Revealing mistake: After Pollyanna's paralyzing accident, just as Dr. Chilton turns down Pollyanna's blanket she moves her knees up, before he even sits her up. (02:09:35)

Revealing mistake: After Alex steps off the bus at the same corner as Camryn and Beth, some of the same extras keep walking past in quite a few of the following shots. Two examples are the woman wearing a striped top and black skirt, and the man wearing a plaid shirt and tan pants. (00:09:25)

Revealing mistake: After Ryan is given the Star Trophy at the talent show, the classmates gather outside holding lanterns. The line pulling Troy's lantern up is visible, just as the first blue fireworks starburst explodes above it. (01:44:10)

Revealing mistake: When Troy crouches down on the rocks, and leans down to see his reflection in the water, oddly the reflection is not reversed, yet his hair is combed the opposite way. (Did the director actually think that if Troy's hair was combed the opposite way it would pass as a reversed reflection?) Additionally, when he crouches down, the bottom button on Troy's shirt is unbuttoned, but in the reflection (as well as in the previous and following shots) the bottom button is buttoned up.

Revealing mistake: In the Forbidden Forest, HRH are introduced to Grawp. Just as the giant lifts Hermione off the ground, in the shot from behind her, Hermione's legs disappear below her calves; the digital lines are actually visible. Slow-mo is not necessary. Revealing mistake: When Nathan walks into the classroom singing, the center sliding glass door on the back bookcase is closed in the initial overhead long shot, but in the tracking shots that door has been pushed to the side, so as not to see the reflection of the camera/crew as Nathan walks up the aisle following the camera. Revealing mistake: When Dumbledore is dueling with Voldemort in the Ministry Atrium, there is a close-up shot of Voldemort as he opens his mouth wide, laughing. The filling in the Dark Lord's upper molar is visible in his newly acquired body. (01:54:25)

Revealing mistake: After the military attack Sao Feng's residence, when Elizabeth is seen fighting amid the melee the black spandex-like shorts are visible under her robe as she kicks up.

Revealing mistake: The outline of Pintel's yellow contacts are obvious in some of his close-ups, depending on his facial expressions, such as when he speaks of the green light as they sail towards the Locker.

Revealing mistake: After Théoden orders to reform the line, when the Mûmakil approach, Éowyn and Merry (from his eyes up, actually) are seen in close-up as she shouts during their charge. This is the same close-up of them shown earlier, when the Rohirrim charge at the Orcs, only it's been flipped for this scene. (00:28:35 - 00:32:30)
