Revealing mistake: When Ms. Gradenko fights with the BuddyPack the wires are visible to her left leading to the floor beside her. Earlier, when the Thumb Thumbs take BuddyPacks from the table, the black harnesses are visible behind the packs. When Juni accidentally sets one off, as it flies it does not have any visible harness, though when Ms. Gradenko fights with it there is an attached harness. (00:39:30)

Revealing mistake: When the CG Thumb Thumbs are seen the length and width of their "arms" and "legs" are distinct. However, when hidden beneath the black garments their arms and legs are much leaner and longer and the hands and feet of the stunt doubles are quite discernable under the black material. One such example is at the safehouse, when Juni peeks out through the door and spots the Thumb Thumbs down below. (00:13:50 - 00:39:30)

Revealing mistake: When the Thumb Thumbs chase Carmen and Juni in the speedboats, one speedboat rams a small boat. In the first shot the back end of the small boat with the motor is demolished, yet in the second shot the boat is split cleaner and the back end with the motor is intact. (00:23:40)

Revealing mistake: The boat carrying the film crew leaves a very large wake in the water ahead of Carmen and Juni's Super Guppy boat/sub, in the shot as Carmen yells, "But they're catching up!" while the four Thumb Thumb speedboats chase them. (00:23:10)

Revealing mistake: When Ingrid knocks off the head of the ice swan, in the first shot she is about to hit the middle of the neck from the front, yet in the next close-up of her arm it hits much higher and from the side. It is also blatantly apparent that it is not Ingrid's arm taking out the ice head in the close-up. (00:04:35)

Revealing mistake: As Ingrid tells the tale of the two spies to Carmen and Juni, in the story when Ingrid follows Gregorio up in the elevator, her coat is red including under the collar and lapels, with about 6-8 inches of red on the interior along the span of the edges, the rest being a black interior. After she removes her wig, to disguise herself even further she then turns her coat inside-out, with the same characteristics in the opposing color. Obviously in reality there are two coats, as this is impossible to achieve when simply turning the coat inside-out. (00:03:20)

Revealing mistake: The two doors of the CG Black Gate continue to open wide, as Aragorn and the others ride away from the approaching Orc army. When Aragorn rides as he shouts, "Sons of Gondor, of Rohan, my brothers....when the age of men comes crashing down," at the top of the screen the 'closed gate' is visible above the shadow. Revealing mistake: While being hurled around by the Whomping Willow, Hermione grabs hold of Harry's shirt in the close-up. In the next shot as Harry's being lifted up, the bottom of the left side of his blue tee shirt is pinned to his pants, also visible in another shot. (01:29:30)

Revealing mistake: In the first overhead shot as the Dementors swoop down towards Sirius and Harry, Sirius lies in a particular position. During the Dementor attack his clothes move, then after Harry's Patronus repels the Dementors, Sirius breathes again and he now lies flat. After Harry collapses, in the last overhead shot, Sirius and his clothes lie in precisely the same position as the first overhead shot. His position differs later, in the repeat timeline as well. Revealing mistake: At the Shrieking Shack, when Harry shouts, "Expelliarmus!" there is a nice close-up of Snape and it is obviously not Alan Rickman flying backwards onto the bed. (01:34:00)

Revealing mistake: While he sits by the Whomping Willow, Ron shouts, "Harry, Hermione, run! It's the Grim!" When Sirius the dog runs toward them, in the shot facing Harry and Hermione, their eyes are not quite in sync with the dog before it leaps. (01:28:00)

Revealing mistake: After Harry's first ride on Buckbeak during Hagrid's class, before Buckbeak cuts Malfoy's arm with his talon, when Malfoy holds his arm over his face, the pre-cut and ripped sleeve is visible in this close-up. (00:37:55)

Revealing mistake: During the DADA class, as the Boggart balloon flies by, Lupin's eye contact with the balloon, as well as others', are not quite in sync as they follow the balloon with their eyes. (00:44:15)

Revealing mistake: During the DADA lesson with the Boggart, the body double for David Thewlis (Lupin) is quite evident in some close range, head on and side shots. As a matter of fact, Emma Watson's and other actors' body doubles are very noticeable in many shots not involving a stunt. (00:44:15)

Revealing mistake: Peter says, "There are mermaids! Indians! Pirates!" and then John shouts, "Woo hoo!" When he flies out through the nursery window his gown is visibly gathered at his back for the stunt. (00:22:45)

Revealing mistake: Aboard the Jolly Roger, after Hook cuts the rope binding her, he says, "She told him stories. He taught her to fly." In the following extreme close-ups of Hook and Wendy's faces, the modern-day lingual braces, which is bonded to the back of her front teeth, is perfectly visible. It is also visible later, when Hook shoves her down, as she is beside Peter for her final fairwell. (01:19:30)

Revealing mistake: Just outside the hideout's tree entrance, the pirates carry Wendy, her brothers and the Lost Boys away. When Michael is thrown over a pirate's shoulders, Freddie Popplewell's (Michael) spandex shorts are perfectly visible. (01:10:20)
