Audio problem: In the second scene when Pete hits the sword wielding man with the shield, we hear the sound effect, but he misses by an incredible amount of distance.
Audio problem: Rollo's drummer establishing the tempo of the boat rowers is out of sync with the pounding of the drumbeat.
Audio problem: When Ryan is saying "Angela drafted me", the audio is spliced after the word Angela and his exhaling is audibly cut off. (00:02:50)
Audio problem: Jim has been beaten up in front of the Sierra and dragged back into his own car. When they drag him out inside of some warehouse, he says "Take it easy! I'm not struggling, am I?", but James Garner's lips are not moving and the line is obviously dubbed in. (00:24:30)
The Accident - S1-E1
Audio problem: After school when Alex and Ray are walking the camera is far away but you can see that the sound of the person that is talking is different than who is seen talking.
Audio problem: When Todd Cooper says "Good job" to Job-Bob while examining Jim-Bobs wooden plane int he boys' bedroom, it makes a very distinct echo that lingers for almost 30-sec, and then repeats very faintly in the next shot. (00:03:20)
Audio problem: When Gordon and Bullock attempt to arrest Falcone, Bullock forces two henchmen into the room and a sound of a shotgun being cocked is heard as he enters the room behind them, but he is carrying a rifle. (00:33:05)
Audio problem: The man Larusso neglects to sell his dealership to thinks he just got the deal before being punked. He turns around to talk to his assistant but the audio here is off enough to be noticeable. His mouth doesn't match briefly.
Fold Equity - S2-E9
Audio problem: When Loker receives a video file from Lightman, the shot changes to face Loker and Ria. There are about nine more "dings" that indicate a new item has arrived, but after the final ding is heard, the shot goes back to face the monitor and there are only five items on the screen, with more coming in.
Audio problem: The officer is trying to force Bright to send out of the Gundam to break through the enemy forces. Kikka is singing, which makes him lose his temper. You can see though that when she supposedly sings her mouth is instead closed. (00:05:30)
Fundamentals of Naked Portraiture - S1-E14
Audio problem: When Brian and Rebecca arrive at GERD (Global Enterprise for Research and Development) and Rebecca says, "It's people like this who decided mutually assured destruction as the best way to deter nuclear attacks", her lips don't match her words when she starts speaking.
The Night Dr. Loveless Died - S3-E4
Audio problem: The Mina bird recite's Dr. Loveless' last will and testament, but sometimes during the recital his beak does not move.
Audio problem: When Ilonka is speaking with her father about going to Brightcliff Hospice, in a shot where the camera is behind her, she says "Lots of foster kids. I mean, kids on their own" and the line appears to sync with her mouth perfectly. But immediately after finishing that line, she starts saying "It's a place for teenagers to transition on their own terms", and her mouth doesn't appear to sync up with the audio at all. (00:12:50)
Audio problem: When Blob is approaching the police car with Toad inside, the sound of his heavy footsteps is not in sync with his stride. (00:01:30)
Audio problem: Near the end Robin's men all push barrels of oil over to to create a wall of fire, trapping the Sheriff and his guards inside the castle. When Robin picks up the flaming arrow he shoots it at the oil where it sticks firmly in the ground, but if you listen closely when the arrow hits the floor there is the sound of the arrow bouncing against stone - it couldn't make that noise if it hit the ground directly and stuck there.
Cygnus! Hyogen no senshi - S1-E3
Audio problem: To satisfy his weird mother fetish, Hyoga dives with a rose in his mouth, but that does not prevent him from shouting his battle cry. (00:07:00)
Through the Valley of Shadows - S1-E2
Audio problem: After they discover the rogue planet that they can mine oxygen from, Niko tells Javier and Bernie to inspect the outside of the ship for damage. When the camera cuts to them, you can hear Javier respond in full with a sentence as the camera is focused on both of them, however their mouths aren't moving at all.
Audio problem: During Brenda Yamilet's TV performance a mismatch of lip movements and speech can be seen several times.
Audio problem: In the Juilliard scene, the vocalist is singing the Schubert Ave Maria but the music on the piano is the other famous Ave Maria, the one set to music by J. S. Bach.
