Audio problem: Rollo's drummer establishing the tempo of the boat rowers is out of sync with the pounding of the drumbeat.

Audio problem: About 16 minutes into the episode, Wedeck is on the phone with his wife talking about how he hates DC. One of the Senators from the hearing walks up to Wedeck and asks, "Are you enjoying DC, Stanford?" Wedeck say (to his wife on the phone), "I'm gonna have to call you back," but his mouth doesn't move with the words. The actor flicks his tongue out while the audio of him saying "I'm gonna have to call you back" plays.

Episode #4.2 - S4-E2
Audio problem: Florence talks about the financial problems of the surfing school. Doing so, she says that they have two mortgages and they "are behind in both." This last part is pronounced with the camera behind Joséphine Jobert, but the timing between audio and jaw movement is off. There's also a little jump in continuity with her left hand away from the sheet/on it. (00:35:10)

Audio problem: In the house as the walker is shot nearly point blank, the sound of the shotgun goes off before the flash.

Chapter 59 - S5-E7
Audio problem: Just before cutting to the shot of Claire, you can see Doug's lips moving even though he hasn't started talking yet. (00:22:35)

Dreams, Schemes and Putting Greens - S1-E4
Audio problem: When Maurice exhales at the end of his sentence as he protests the Japanese businessmen walking out of his house, the sound of his exhale is spliced off mid-way through. (00:38:55)

Never Again... Never Again - S1-E7
Audio problem: During the climax with Lena on the boat defending their action, from "They have no right to hunt us like animals" onwards the parts of dialogue with Hanna Landy are dubbed later and with a very inconsistent audio level. (00:45:40)

Such Inward Secret Creatures - S1-E5
Audio problem: After Paul and Amy make love, Paul puts his pants back on and stands back up. He says, "What?" There is a strangely timed "what" right after that. It's an exact replica of the first one. There is an audio overlap from the other angle here.

Audio problem: Near the end Robin's men all push barrels of oil over to to create a wall of fire, trapping the Sheriff and his guards inside the castle. When Robin picks up the flaming arrow he shoots it at the oil where it sticks firmly in the ground, but if you listen closely when the arrow hits the floor there is the sound of the arrow bouncing against stone - it couldn't make that noise if it hit the ground directly and stuck there.

Audio problem: When Jerry goes over to open the jail cell door, the sound effect of jingling keys can be heard, however the actor isn't holding any keys. The jail cell door doesn't even have a keyhole.
Suggested correction: When the Sergeant tells Jerry to open the cell (00:18:20), Jerry reaches to his left side to retrieve keys from his duty belt (there is no "sound effect of jingling keys"). And keys were visible dangling from Jerry's duty belt when he told Philip to calm his wife (00:17:10). Secondly, the jail cell door does indeed have an old-style keyhole (00:18:30).

Audio problem: The mechanical Simplex door locks make electronic bleeping noises when the buttons are pressed. As these are mechanical locks with no electronic components, the most you should hear is a click as each button is pressed.

Audio problem: After Nasedo reveals himself in the morgue, there is a shot on Michael's face. There is no sound, but Nasedo can be seen in the foreground either talking animatedly or having an extremely localized seizure. (00:23:55)

Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Audio problem: When Dong-mae and his men leave after searching the house, Su-mi is still holding onto the baby after leaving. The baby is heard crying, but there is a brief moment where she shakes her to calm him down, and we can see the baby's eyes when she does so. In the brief instance where we see the baby's eyes, she does not appear to be crying, indicating that the crying sounds were dubbed in afterwards. (00:45:05)

Audio problem: When Olivia calls Astrid to tell her it wasn't Walter's research, we cut to Astrid who says, "Good news", but her lips do not move. (00:33:57)

The Accident - S1-E1
Audio problem: After school when Alex and Ray are walking the camera is far away but you can see that the sound of the person that is talking is different than who is seen talking.

Audio problem: Alfred brings breakfast. He says "Rise and shine", but no mouth animation is included. (00:07:10)

Audio problem: When Blob is approaching the police car with Toad inside, the sound of his heavy footsteps is not in sync with his stride. (00:01:30)

The Night of the Cut-Throats - S3-E11
Audio problem: Arte's hand and finger movements on the saloon piano don't even begin to match the notes actually being played. (00:07:30)

Audio problem: When Gordon and Bullock attempt to arrest Falcone, Bullock forces two henchmen into the room and a sound of a shotgun being cocked is heard as he enters the room behind them, but he is carrying a rifle. (00:33:05)
