Revealing mistake: While Poe leads the aerial assault on the oscillator, in the closeups of Poe and other X-wing fighter pilots, note the cockpit windows at the pilots' left and right have identical marks and scratches in their individual X-wings. It's particularly noticeable when one closeup follows another.

Revealing mistake: After Poe's X-Wing is destroyed, when BB-8 leaves the village and rolls off note all the distinctive hills and sand dunes in front of BB-8. Later, when Rey hears BB-8 with Teedo and she rushes off note the sand dunes in front of her, but after she rescues BB-8 and walks in the opposite direction those same sand dunes are now in front of them, which were also the same sand dunes in front of BB-8 when he left the village the night before.

Continuity mistake: When Poe and Finn steal the TIE/SF, both of Finn's torso harness straps have thin pieces of ridged plastic attached to them - nothing else, but when Finn wakes up on Jakku those pieces attached to the straps are entirely different. (00:20:45 - 00:24:00)

Continuity mistake: While Finn, Rey, and BB-8 are hiding in the maintenance bay to unfix the poisonous gas, when Finn lifts the floor's slotted deck plate and pokes his head out there are specific grooves at the edge on top of the plate, but no grooves underneath at the edge. The problem occurs when Chewie lifts the deck plate, and those grooves should be on the side facing him (the top side), but instead they're facing out. Then when Han tells Finn "that thing" can understand him, the grooves are gone - the top side of the deck plate is properly facing out. (00:40:05)

Continuity mistake: When Finn asks Rey if she can unfix the poisonous gas they rush to get the air masks, and as Finn climbs down to the maintenance bay below deck we see the floor behind Rey when she starts to kneel to help BB-8. Then after the closeup of Rey helping BB-8, in the next shot as Finn takes BB-8 from Rey we see the corner of the floor's deck plate that has suddenly appeared behind Rey, which she reaches for in the following shot to cover the maintenance bay. Continuity mistake: After Kylo Ren uses the Force to lift Rey and slam her into a tree Finn kneels beside her. When Ren calls Finn a traitor, Finn turns to his right and starts to stand up, but in the next shot Finn has stood up by turning to his left. (01:51:40)

Continuity mistake: After Rey scrubs the salvaged parts clean, when it cuts to Rey standing in front of Unkar Plutt her shoulders are quite a bit taller than the shelf in the wideshot, but in the closeup the shelf is at Rey's chin level. (00:13:15)

Continuity mistake: After Rey touches Luke's lightsaber she begins to have the vision, and when she falls to the floor the blaster is missing from the back of her belt, but after she "sees" Luke and R2 and then stands up the blaster is back again, tucked into her belt (even though Rey's having her vision of things all around her, she herself is not a vision).

Continuity mistake: While Rey's fixing the motivator, when Finn asks her if she wants to go back to Jakku because of family or a cute boyfriend, Finn's kneeling on his hands and knees, but in the next shot he's not, just as Rey tells him it's none of his business. (00:39:00)

Continuity mistake: When Rey reaches the top of the ridge and shouts at Teedo, we see there are no footprints in the sand between her and Teedo, so when Rey rushes to BB-8 her lone set of footprints are the only ones behind her in the sand. When Rey walks away from BB-8 telling him "No," there are many more footprints in the sand between her and the droid, even though there should only be the two sets of Rey's footprints - from both coming and going. Continuity mistake: When Rey unloads the net filled with parts at Niima Outpost, as she picks up her staff to her right we see the black bag hanging on the side of the speeder (note the bag's straps are now much shorter than when she drove off on the speeder), but in the next shot as she continues to pick up her staff, which is now to her left, the black bag is suddenly gone from the speeder (when Rey pulls the net it looks as if the black bag is lying in the net with the parts, though she didn't put it in there), and the net is entirely unattached as well. Continuity mistake: When Snoke orders, "If what you say about this girl is true, bring her to me," Kylo Ren is wearing his hooded cape. It cuts to Rey restrained in the holding cell, and when it cuts back to Kylo Ren rushing to the holding cell to get Rey and bring her to Snoke his cape is gone. After Rey uses the Force to trick the guard, it cuts back to Kylo Ren arriving at the cell and he's once again wearing his hooded cape. (01:30:40 - 01:31:20)

Continuity mistake: When Rey wakes up restrained as Kylo Ren's "guest" at Starkiller Base, Kylo Ren's mask has distinctive surface markings and a hole, but when he removes his mask and sets it down in the closeup it's a flipped shot - the marks and hole have switched sides. (01:25:50 - 01:26:25)

Continuity mistake: After the spy, Bazine, communicates that she's found the droid at Maz Kanata's, in the following side closeup of Kylo Ren we have a good view of the distinctive surface dents/hole on the side of his mask (his left side) and this is a flipped shot, then in the front closeup of Ren those dents/hole are now on the opposite side of his mask with different marks the other side. Continuity mistake: After the First Order has destroyed the Hosnian system, including Hosnian Prime, Finn rushes up to Han and asks him where Rey is, and when it cuts to the shot of Rey running in the forest it's a flipped shot - note the leather cuff is on Rey's right wrist, etc., then in the next shot the cuff is on her left wrist as it should be. Continuity mistake: When Rey fixes the Falcon's electrical overload she pulls out blue and red wires, but just as she says, "I bypassed the compressor," in this shot facing her there are only four blue wires - no red, and then the red wires reappear with the blue. (00:51:55)

Continuity mistake: When Rey returns to her home in the AT-AT she scratches another mark into the wall, and in the next closeup just as she sits down the top part of Rey's outfit is crisscrossed with her left side over the right and her hip bag is at her left side, but after Rey fills her plate and takes her food, she stands up and her top is crisscrossed the opposite way, etc. The first shot is flipped - note the background, compared to the second shot. Continuity mistake: At the Resistance base, when the doctor's treating Chewie's injury, she's using a medical device with her right hand as she's telling him that he must be so brave, but when it cuts to the next shot it's her left hand up using the device. (01:22:55)

Continuity mistake: After Rey finishes her meal beside the foot of the AT-AT and puts on the Rebel flight helmet, there's an overhead wide shot of the toppled AT-AT and we can see its front knee joint. When Rey hears the commotion with BB-8 she rushes to get her staff, which is now tall and upright in the sand at that knee joint, and had her staff been there in the wide shot we would have seen it. Continuity mistake: After getting up from his crashed ejection seat, when Finn sees the smoke and runs toward it his shadow's directly behind him. Just as he reaches the crashed TIE fighter his shadow's in front of him to his left, but when he faces the front of the TIE fighter as it sinks into the sand, Finn's long shadow is still being cast in front of him, even though he's now facing the opposite way, then a thin long shadow is cast onto the sand in yet another direction, to the left of the exploding TIE fighter. Suggested correction: BB-8 is heading towards a background at night, the other instances are all near where BB-8 is since they are all focused around him. Rey finds BB-8, only possible if she is near the same background. BB-8 was going towards that background so can only be closer to it than before. Same goes for Finn as they crashed near where BB-8 was, since they were looking for him. They are not the exact same locations but a couple of miles apart, which produces the same background.

When Rey rushes toward Teedo and then when she walks away in the opposite direction with BB-8 the very same sand dunes are still in front of her and BB-8. Those sand dunes are also the exact same sand dunes right in front of BB-8 when he left the village. The correction states "They are not the exact same locations but a couple of miles apart", but they are in fact the exact same sand dunes and hills, certainly not miles apart, and I do not mean the general horizon "which produces the same background" (screenshots available).
