Continuity mistake: At the Mexican market, while Mtt is playing with his pocket knife, watch the chrome part of the light: it reflects a barren place with a brown squared building. When the angle changes it all changes to a bus and a lot of people hanging around.

Continuity mistake: In the supermarket, right before Peter spills detergent on the floor there's a shot of his feet walking by a shelf. The corner of the shelf is spotless, yet a frame later, from a wider angle, it's all covered with garbage.

Continuity mistake: During the final scenes, after the ships have collided and crashed to the surface, Elizabeth finds David's detached head inside the alien ship. She then takes the head with her to a ledge where she is about to lower David's body to the ground. In both places, David's hair keeps changing between shots: messy/neat/very messy, with no logic whatsoever.
