Continuity mistake: At the end, when the woman brings the box, the wide shot shows the right lid down. The next shot it's up. She couldn't have opened it because she was holding the box with her hand from the bottom part.

Continuity mistake: When Mike falls down from the ceiling, he falls on his back, but a second later from a closer angle he is crashing on the table on his butt.

Continuity mistake: When water starts to pour in the room Mike's hair is totally messy, except for a brief shot where it looks perfectly combed, and then back to messy.

Continuity mistake: The amount of snow on Mike's forehead when crouching on the floor, increases and diminishes between shots in a matter of seconds.

Continuity mistake: Before the telephone melts the label of the bottle keeps moving around.

Continuity mistake: After knocking down the stuff from the fireplace, Mike is leaning against a wall, next to a knocked down lamp. The position of the lamps keeps changing all the time depending on the angle.

Continuity mistake: Halfway through the film, Mike is wandering inside the room and knocks down a red vase. A second later it appears back on the table.

Continuity mistake: The first time Mike enters the bath room, he moves the toilet paper and a bit of it sticks up close to the wall. A second later, from a different angle, watch the right side of the screen and the bit of paper is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Mike falls from the ceiling and breaks the table, the damages differ dramatically from the first shot to the next one half a second later.

Continuity mistake: When Mike opens the laptop, the screen is folded slightly backwards, in the following shots its positioned in a straight angle.

Continuity mistake: When Matrix fires the multi-bazooka at the jeep, just before it explodes, a bunch of boxes covered with bushes suddenly appears right in front, most likely to hide all the stuff to allow for the explossions and chaos that follows. (01:08:45)

Continuity mistake: When Tom's car crashes against the water bottles, the crash causes a hole in the windshield. A second later it's fixed and perfect.

Continuity mistake: In the bar at the mall, when the bad guy receives the money and handshakes the fat man, he grabs a glass with his left hand. In the next shot his hand is suddenly away from the glass. (00:33:20)

Continuity mistake: In the mall, before the girl enters the bar, a guy in a blue and white shirt is half a metre away from passing next to her. Camera shot on Arnold, then back to the girl, and now the walker, plus the passers by around, have stepped backwards several metres and repeat their movements again. (00:31:55)

Continuity mistake: The position of the pipe stuck in Bennett's chest moves down and to the left in the second shot. (01:24:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bennett is beating the crap out of Matrix by the furnace, the close shots show big bleeding wounds, which disappear or diminish drastically in the wide shot. (01:22:25)

Continuity mistake: During the last fight, when Bennett and Matrix fall over on the platform, the gun on the floor to the right side of the screen moves around between shots, allowing for Bennett to easily pick it up. (01:18:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bennett holds his knife against Matrix's face the knife keeps swapping positions and also the blade appears up or down depending on the shot; despite Bennett being unable to move his arm. (01:18:10)
