Continuity mistake: Young Barry grabs the peanut butter and a spoon. Shot changes and now he has a broccoli in his hand, and the spoon is nowhere to be seen. After Old Barry eats the broccoli, we don't see Young's hand for a mere two seconds, and now the broccoli has vanished, and he holds the spoon instead.

Continuity mistake: When Young Barry dies, Old's hand and arm are covered in blood. Old stands up and suits up, and now his hand and arm are clean.

Continuity mistake: When Old Barry faces Dark Flash, Young Barry stands on the left side of the screen. Old Barry then turns to the right and cries, "Get out of here, Barry." But he's facing the wrong way.

Continuity mistake: When Old Barry is about to fight Dark Flash, Young Barry suddenly appears and Old Barry turns his head to our left and stares at him. However, a mere frame later, he is facing ahead. If you watch closely, his head is turning the opposite way, from right to left. (02:01:13)

Continuity mistake: During the Gotham chase, a group of kids get off the school bus, cross the street, and stand in the middle of the road. When Batman launches the puncture spikes, they get off the bus again.

Continuity mistake: When Kara flies upwards holding Barry, she turns her head towards him. From a side angle, her hair is motionless despite the wind and speed. The angle changes to a front shot, and now her hair flutters wildly. (01:36:13)
