Audio problem: When Rose is talking to Thomas Andrews, telling him to tell her the truth about what has happened, listen to the voices in the background. At one point in the scene you can hear someone saying "Yes madam, please put it on immediately", then someone laughs. Right at the end of the scene, the same line can be heard in exactly the same tone of voice, followed by the laugh - it's obviously a loop. Although some tracks in the mix of the soundtrack do not loop at that moment, the track with the mentioned sentence does. (01:47:30)
Audio problem: Towards the end, when Felicity Shagwell is captured in that glass tube, there's a shot of the entire room and she is yelling for Austin Powers but her lips aren't moving.
Audio problem: When the Christian army is defeated after chasing Saladin across the desert, many vultures are flying over the battlefield. However, the sound is that of a flock of whooping cranes.
Audio problem: In "What I've Been Looking For", when Sharpay sings the last verse the first time around, listen closely as Ryan takes away the microphone. Her voice remains the same volume, and does not get any quieter as Ryan pulls away the microphone.
Audio problem: In the DVD version, before Brodie says to TS, "I suddenly want something very bad to happen to you," you can hear Kevin Smith or someone say "Action."
Audio problem: Near the end of the movie, when the Ambassador is dragging the child up the aisle of the church, in several spots you hear the child scream but his mouth isn't open. (01:45:35)

Audio problem: In the opening scene, Bond sees Tracy in the ocean and drives his Aston Martin onto the beach to rescue her. When he stops, we hear screeching tyres, but he is driving on sand.
Audio problem: When Nomi is dancing at the Crave Club with the bouncer, she kicks him for making a suggestive comment and the bouncer stumbles backward into another guy on the dance floor. The bouncer tells the guy to "be cool", and the guy responds with "you be cool, buddy", but as we hear him say this, he's already punching the bouncer and his lips aren't moving along with the words. Audio problem: When Matilda is in her car with Derek and on her cellphone with the anonymous hand model he hangs up on her and you hear a dial tone, yet on a cell phone, there is no dial tone. (00:46:35)
Audio problem: While Romeo and Juliet are kissing on the balcony, Juliet is speaking while canoodling at one point, but then she turns her head and her lips are not moving.
Audio problem: During the bedroom storm scene singing "My Favorite Things", Marta is sitting next to Fräulein Maria and she gets wrapped up in the moment of Maria singing and mouths "feel so bad" - she's not supposed to be singing.
Audio problem: When Handratty is in France telling Frank that there are 20 officers outside, you can see when the camera turns to Frank, Handratty's mouth is still moving despite the fact that he is not talking. (01:55:40)
Audio problem: When the first assassin runs out of bullets shortly after coming through the apartment window, his gun makes a series of rapid clicks as if dry firing full-auto, but real guns, even full-auto ones, don't keep on clicking when empty. It should either make a single click, or a nearly inaudible one. (00:44:16)
Audio problem: When Julie wakes up and turns the lamp on, and it goes off, Julie says "Shit" but her mouth says "ouch." (00:08:25)
Audio problem: After Will Smith's shoes had both been discarded when they found bugs in them, he runs down the stairs, but you can clearly hear shoes running down the stairs when he's supposedly not wearing any.
Audio problem: When Andy is talking to Nigel during the photo shoot in the park, her mouth is not quite in sync with what we hear during her last line of dialogue, despite the people walking in front of her.
Audio problem: When Bond arrives at the King Industries place, where he meets Elektra King, watch the man he talks to when he gets out of his car. It is painfully obvious that the man's mouth is not in sync with what he is saying. Even worse, the voice is not even his. It is slightly higher pitched than the man's real voice when he finally talks right.
