Audio problem: At the start of the movie, when Clint Eastwood says "You're making a mistake," his lips don't seem to be moving.
Audio problem: While Romeo and Juliet are kissing on the balcony, Juliet is speaking while canoodling at one point, but then she turns her head and her lips are not moving.
Audio problem: Just after Oliver leaves Mr. Brownlow's house with the books and £5 note there is a shot of Bill Sykes and Nancy on a park bench. Just as Nancy stands up Bill's dog barks. Whilst you can hear the birds singing, nothing of the bark can be heard.
Audio problem: There is a scene where the mistress of the murderer enters his bureau. You see her push the door closed while hastening through. You can hear the door lock click - but a half second too early. Her push wasn't that strong. (00:47:05)
Audio problem: In the last shot of the shoot-out scene at the station, we see Harmonica's carrier bag in the extreme foreground, and windmill in the extreme background. The windmill has stopped, but you still hear the wind blowing, and a few seconds before you have heard the squeaking pump. (00:13:50)
Audio problem: In the scene where Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is passing the train you can see a continuous trail of smoke issuing from the train. It is exiting from the train's whistle, meaning that there should be a continuous high pitched whistling noise, yet there is no such thing.
Audio problem: In the scene where Ben nails the door to the wall to keep the zombies out, the sound of the hammer hitting the nail is inconsistent with the pacing Ben actually hits the nail.
Audio problem: When Sid James comes out of the building, in the scene at the end with the big fight, a man comes up to him and Sid asks, "You wish to see me?" Just before this, you see him mouth the words to that line.
Audio problem: Guy flushes the toilet as he walks through the bathroom. The toilet is actually empty and the sound is an over-dub because there is no resistance on the handle when he pushes it down. Had an old toilet like that actually been full you would see the resistance in the lever as the flapper inside rises. (00:04:45)
Audio problem: On Dave's deathbed, sometimes the breathing matches his chest movements and sometimes it really doesn't.
