L.I.P. (Local Indigenous Personnel) - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: After Lieutenant Willis wakes up in the Swamp he gets dressed and puts his tie around his neck with its tail end on his right, but when it cuts to his closeup the tie's wide end is at his right side, then it switches again.
L.I.P. (Local Indigenous Personnel) - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: The C.I.D man's hat goes from straight to crooked between cuts in the swamp as he tries to leave.

The Trial of Henry Blake - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: In the scene of Klinger trying to escape from the 4077 on a hang glider, he secures himself into the control frame, but then when he takes off, he's hanging off the frame's bottom bar. (00:10:40)

The Trial of Henry Blake - S2-E8
Visible crew/equipment: After Henry's cleared of all charges, when Margaret drops the crumpled paper and storms out of the room with Frank, we can see chalk marks and a T-mark on the floor where Frank was standing.

The Trial of Henry Blake - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: When Radar walks into the Swamp to sell wingtip shoes to Hawkeye, the dartboard isn't hanging on the door, but in two of Radar's closeups we can see part of the door with the dartboard on it.
The Trial of Henry Blake - S2-E8
Revealing mistake: As Klinger flies on his home made glider it's easy to tell that it's a bad composition shot. Also, nobody moving in the shot of him taking off stopped to notice him.
Character mistake: While talking to Condon, Hawkeye and Trapper relate the story of Dr. Charles Drew, the man responsible for the storage of blood and plasma, and how he died due to not being allowed in a "whites only" hospital after being involved in horrific car accident. The true story is that he was taken to a "poor whites" hospital. Despite being black, he was admitted, and though the doctors worked diligently, his injuries were too severe, and he died. His family sent a warm letter thanking the doctors for their efforts.

Continuity mistake: During Henry's home movies of Molly's birthday party, Lorraine brings out the cake with candles and sets it on the table, but the cake differs between the shots - note the writing.
The Sniper - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: When Hawkeye is preparing to go for his picnic, Radar brings him some brandy from Col. Blake. There is only a small amount of brandy in the bottle, which is commented on. Radar takes a jug of martini from the still to top up the bottle, but this is not done and the jug of martini remains on top of the stove untouched. When the picnic scene takes place, the brandy bottle is now nearly full with the brandy/martini mix. (00:10:00)
The Sniper - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: At the picnic, the basket is sitting with the end towards the camera, and bottle of liquor in it. Before the first shot from The Sniper, the basket is sideways, and the bottle in front towards the camera on the ground.
The Sniper - S2-E10
Revealing mistake: When The Sniper begins his attack, a sandlot football game is in progress in the compound. As the quarterback goes back to throw a pass, he waits just long enough for the ball to be "shot" out of his hand.
The Sniper - S2-E10
Other mistake: When Hawkeye and Trapper make Frank up to look like MacArthur, as they put the pipe in the "sleeping" Frank's mouth, he opens a bit wider, and bites down on the stem, then says his last line of the episode.
The Sniper - S2-E10
Revealing mistake: When the bottle of liquor is shot, there's no bullet hole in the basket that's right behind it, nor does the basket move from the impact.
The Sniper - S2-E10
Revealing mistake: Toward the end of the episode, Henry is talking to a general on the phone when the chopper is coming in. He's trying to tell the man that he can't hear him. As he continues trying to talk, he gives up, and hangs the receiver up on the skeleton's head. If you look, you can see the hook that was conveniently placed for the gag.
Visible crew/equipment: After Radar walks into the Swamp and gives Hawkeye and Trapper the coffee and case folders, just as Radar tells them that he was too sleepy he walks out, and the actor's chalk T-mark can be seen on the ground (although faint, it's distinguishable).
Factual error: The Logan Ramsey character tells Hawkeye and Trapper that with enough notice he could get them anything, even a B-52. The first B-52A entered service in 1954, a year after the Korean War ended.
Continuity mistake: As the boys talk to Col. Lambert, Trapper is back a bit from the table. When the angle changes, he's a lot closer.
Deal Me Out - S2-E13
Factual error: In this episode, Henry is seen handing Radar the keys to his jeep. While this probably benefited the understanding of the audience, it is historically incorrect. Jeeps assigned to a combat zone were outfitted with an ignition switch, not an ignition lock, for the simple reason that in an emergency the vehicle had to be useable by anyone. (00:03:40)
Deal Me Out - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: During the poker game Frank walks in wearing a white hospital scrub, then the camera pans to Sidney and back to Frank who is now wearing a army jacket. (00:08:12)
Deal Me Out - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: From behind, Klinger's cigar is full length, with no signs of being lit. When he responds to Hawkeye's question, it is noticeably shorter.
Answer: Even an Army field hospital would have SOME weapons for self-defense if the enemy attacked. What's meant is that it's not a combat outfit, and therefore wouldn't have enough weapons to actually attack anyone. (It's also mentioned a few times that the Officer of the Watch is supposed to carry a pistol at all times, but Hawkeye refuses to do it when he's in charge and Colonels Blake and Potter don't enforce the rule).
