Continuity mistake: In the scene where the old oriental woman is taking Chelios' temperature the sheet is low enough that you can plainly see the battery pack sitting on his stomach. As she walks out two guys come in to check on him and they have to pull the sheet back to reveal the battery pack. (00:02:25)

Crank (2006)
Continuity mistake: When the guys in the Impalas are chasing Chevy and his girlfriend from the sweatshop, the last car hits the fence. Right before the car hits the fence a guy is hanging out of the window (meaning it's open). After Chevy walks up and finishes the guys off and turns around the angle changes with the car behind him and the window is up. Chevy would have shot it out EVEN IF the guy rolled it up. (01:03:30)

Stealth (2005)
Continuity mistake: At the end when the two pilots are talking, Jessica Beil's character has steri-strips on the cut on her cheek, but the arm she got shot in isn't even in a sling and she seems to be using it just fine. The cut on her cheek would have healed long before her arm would have. She was also limping quite badly when Ben rescued her, but she stands/walks just fine here as well.

Stealth (2005)
Continuity mistake: In the beginning they are on the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). Later they are aboard the the U.S.S. Carl Vinson (CVN-70) and end up on the U.S.S. Nimitz (CVN-68), yet the personnel are the same aboard all three ships.

Road House (1989)
Factual error: How did the Mercedes stay on course with no driver? Even if the steering wheel was locked in place the holes, bumps, or uneven grass would have skewed the car's path as long as it was driving by itself. (01:40:40)

Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj (2006)
Continuity mistake: When Taj is proposing the challenge to Charlotte the close up shots of him show him facing straight on standing square, but the distance shots he is standing at about a 45 degree angle to her looking to the right to talk to her, not facing straight on to her. (00:35:20)

Zoom (2006)
Continuity mistake: When they are auditioning for the team, they stamp the fat kid's file "approved" under his photo parallel to the bottom edge. The camera cuts away and back to show the stamp at an angle with part of it on the photo itself. (00:13:40)

Twister (1996)
Factual error: Notice that all of the cars passing and honking at them have the same horn that sounds like a 70's import, even when some of them are pickups and larger cars.

Twister (1996)
Factual error: When Jo and Bill drive through the house pictures are still on the wall, a chair is still upright and the towels are still hanging perfectly on the rack in the bathroom. Pretty cool considering the house had just been tumbling through a field.

Con Express (2002)
Factual error: When the Marine Colonel comes in to the control station to take over, there are two things wrong with his uniform. 1.) He has no name tape which should be over his right breast pocket and 2.) He has his sleeves rolled wrong. Marines roll their sleeves inside out so the lighter inside of the material is showing. He has his sleeves rolled correctly for the other branches, but not the Marines.

Suggested correction: The mistakes are based upon the viewer misinterpreting assignment patches that the crew wear on their jackets. The patches reveal the ships named as "mistakes" but are actually where a crew member previously served. The ship's intercom is the only reliable source that the ship is the USS Abraham Lincoln.
The hull number on the flight deck absolutely changes from the Lincoln to the Carl Vinson during parts of the movie.
