Plot hole: In this episode, Margaret is required to give a lecture on the use of Levophed, because it is being introduced. However, in the Episode "Period of Adjustment"(8-6), Hawkeye orders an IV of Levophed for one of his patients. (00:12:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Father Mulcahy and the farmer are talking to BJ and Hawkeye about the wounded cow, the doctors say they'll get help from Colonel Potter, and when they walk away the T-mark can be seen on the ground where they were standing.
Other mistake: When the scene is of the cow in the barn, the background hilly area can be a painted backdrop.
Visible crew/equipment: At the start, when Colonel Potter walks into post-op to tell Margaret and Hawkeye about the fresh eggs, just as Hawkeye stands up the boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen, before the camera adjusts to the proper height.
Visible crew/equipment: In the kitchen, as Klinger and Winchester banter back and forth, the shadow of the boom mic can be seen in the upper right corner of the shot.
The Tooth Shall Set You Free - S10-E14
Continuity mistake: As Potter tells Charles about the bad tooth getting worse, Charles' right hand is just above his tray. When the camera is looking at Charles a second later, his hand is chest high.
Where There's a Will, There's a War - S10-E16
Revealing mistake: When Hawkeye injects the adrenalin into the chest of the dying soldier at the battalion Aid Station, you can see that he is actually injecting into a piece of rubber foam soaked with prop blood. (00:13:25)
Where There's a Will, There's a War - S10-E16
Continuity mistake: At Battalion Aid, Hawkeye gets under a table to write. An explosion knocks two of the three stacks of cardboard boxes off the table above him. When the angle changes, there's now two stacks, where there should be only one.
Where There's a Will, There's a War - S10-E16
Continuity mistake: As Hawkeye climbs under the table to hide there are three small stacks of white bandage boxes on the table. When the shelling starts, all the boxes in two of the stacks fall off the table, leaving one stack. When the shot changes, there are suddenly two stacks of boxes on the table.
Character mistake: During The Interview in the Officer's Club, after Rizzo gets the West Point question wrong, Charles dismisses him by saying, "Thank you, Corporal, that'll be all." Rizzo is a Staff Sergeant (SSG) according to his sleeve.
Audio problem: In the Post-Op ward, Jimmy is playing poker with the two jerks in his platoon. After the cards are dealt, he sees that their deck has pictures of nude women. He looks up at them when seeing this, and you hear him say "Very funny!", but his lips don't move.
Continuity mistake: When the Champ falls forward, he gets wine all over his sweater - you can see it when Potter and Hawkeye lift him. After the cut, his sweater is clean again. Considering the position of the stains relative to Hawk's hand, at least some stains would be visible. (00:08:10)
Continuity mistake: In the mess tent, Hawkeye is attempting to get the reporter to focus on BJ instead of him by telling the guy about the defibrillator made by BJ to save a life in the O.R. As Hawkeye is making his point, the reporter is putting a sheet of paper into a folder on his typewriter case. After the camera cuts to a close up of the reporter saying his next line, he's putting the paper into the folder again.
Continuity mistake: As Potter is introducing Cavanaugh, his right hand is empty from the quarter profile view. In the frontal shot, he suddenly has his drink in his hand.
Continuity mistake: After Klinger throws his ball, his arm stays extended outward. As the shot cuts, looking down the lane towards him, his arm is hanging straight down. Then, after the strike, he raises both arms up. A second later, his left arm is down by his side, his right doing a celebratory motion.
Revealing mistake: During the conversation between Potter and Klinger in the Mess tent, if you look past them you can see Margaret loitering, waiting for her cue to enter.
Other mistake: Looking at the pins when Margaret bowls at the end, the 5 pin slides backwards towards the camera, but not fast enough to bounce off anything and then fly in from off screen. Granted this was done in slow motion, but the physics don't seem to add up.
Continuity mistake: As Potter says "knowing mademoiselles in the war, P.M." (pre Mildred) his hands are by his drink. As he finishes his line, they're crossed on the table.
Continuity mistake: When Hawkeye gets into the chow line and Igor suggests the peas and carrots, Hawkeye asks about the beans. As the peas and carrots are being scooped to be served to Hawkeye, he grabs Igor's arm and peas and carrots are spilled into the beans. Peas are VERY visible in the beans. The next shot with the beans, the peas and carrots have been removed from the beans.
Answer: It is actually Cencompac for Central Command of the Pacific. It is like the headquarters for all military activity in the Pacific Region (Japan, Korea, Okinawa, etc. The newer version of that is United States Pacific Command (USPACOM).
EMTurbo
And the abbreviations were used mainly by the Navy. Especially CENCOMPAC.
