Visible crew/equipment: When the dispatcher drops tones for the trapped victim of a traffic accident, just after we hear Captain Stanley say, "KMG365," we can see movement between the front passenger and driver seats of Engine 51, precisely where the camera is. Captain Stanley is still at the radio base station and Mike hasn't opened the door yet.

Visible crew/equipment: When Station 51 is dispatched to the injured sky diver, we can see the area around the electrical tower when they arrive, particularly where Roy and Johnny start climbing up. When Johnny rappels down with Lucky, in the wide shot, just as they reach the ground the crew's ladder can be seen at the right side of the screen, in the same area where Johnny and Roy started their climb.

Visible crew/equipment: After Brody buys the sign supplies, when Hendricks shows up Brody places the box in the front seat, and as Hendricks tells Brody about the Boy Scouts, pay attention to the left window across the street, where we can see one of the local residents holding a camera and looking out the window facing the location shoot, taking pictures of the actors and film crew. Visible crew/equipment: When John and Roy tackle the hallucinating veteran, the outlines of the mic transmitter and wire are visible on the back of Johnny's shirt. As an aside, this scene was shot right outside Universal Studios, note the Black Tower/MCA Tower (which houses Universal's execs) when John tells the veteran that it's not a trick and to calm down.

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Herbert leaves the station in the morning, dispatch sounds the alarms, and when Roy and John are in the squad while the dispatcher begins talking, there are nice reflections of the camera, reflector screen (in the background), and crew members/cameraman who move around, that are visible on the surface of the spotlight. Additionally, the shadow of the boom/mic is perfectly visible on the windshield as it moves down.

Visible crew/equipment: After Squad 51 responds to the 'man unconscious' at the laundromat, while they're en route, when Engine 36 contacts them that the man is in full arrest, the reflection of the vehicle with the camera is visible on the spotlight.

Visible crew/equipment: After Chet tells the guys that they have to get rid of The Mouse, when he says "You don't understand, these things are like rabbits," the moving shadow of equipment, probably the boom mic, is visible on the top cabinet behind Chet.

Visible crew/equipment: After the guys decide to eat lunch before resuming their CPR practice, when Chet picks up the CPR mannequin and walks toward the fridge, the top of the set is visible at the corner, between the fridge and the stove. We can see the top of the set again later, after Chet picks the losing matchstick and has to set the mousetrap himself.
