Visible crew/equipment: When the two Explorer vehicles begin the tour and drive past the huge automated wood doors, if we look at the area between the two doors just as the doors are shut we can see someone's arm come down from behind the door on the right, presumably to keep both doors properly closed for the shot.

Visible crew/equipment: While Jophery's being attacked by the Velociraptors he's pulled out of Muldoon's arms, and when Jophery is yanked upward we can see the stunt cable at his side attached to the harness.

Visible crew/equipment: When Lew and Dave are discussing the mystery tape while they're walking through the halls at Satin Records, just as they're walking into Lew's office we can see the movement of camera equipment under the painting, in the mirror's reflection at the left side of the screen.

Visible crew/equipment: After Alan, Ellie, Lex and Tim run into the control room Alan tells Ellie to boot up the door locks, and when the Raptor opens the door Alan drops his gun and we can see two distinct reflections on the glass - the Raptor's puppet head on someone's arm as it pushes on the door from outside the room, and also the reflection of a crew member (presumably standing in the camera area).

Visible crew/equipment: When the Explorer vehicles begin the tour, we hear the voice of Richard Kiley explaining that the first dinosaurs on their tour are a herd of Dilophosaurus, and in the next shot of Alan the reflection of the camera can be seen on the surface of the window.

Visible crew/equipment: After the T. Rex flips Explorer 4 upside down it continues to attack the vehicle with the kids inside, and when it cuts to the T. Rex chomping on the tire, as the vehicle moves around we can see the hanging bundle of wires leading up through the window and also what looks like a crew member or something else that shouldn't be there, outside the vehicle behind Lex. Even if the wires were to belong to the Explorer they shouldn't be leading up and outside the way they are.

Visible crew/equipment: After Ian is thrown to the ground by the T. Rex, it cuts to Gennaro sitting in the collapsing bathroom hut, and we can see the set's scaffolding at the top of the screen. This is best seen on fullscreen DVD/VHS.

Visible crew/equipment: While Radar is in Henry's office with the woman and her baby, being teased by Trapper and Hawkeye about the possibility of him being the father, just as Frank walks into the office a crewmember's hand can be seen between the two doors near the floor, preventing the closing door from swinging.

Visible crew/equipment: While Phoebe and Tim are at Central Perk, when Tim's beeper goes off he blows Phoebe a kiss when he leaves, and as Phoebe catches that kiss and throws it away have a look at the left side of the screen, where the Central Perk wall ends we can see part of Monica's restaurant kitchen set - the door and the wall beside it. Visible crew/equipment: When Ross shows up at Chandler's office and they both head out to go to the Hard Rock Cafe, just as Chandler walks out the door we can see the edge of the right wall set, allowing us to see the hallway Chandler just walked into and even Chandler's arm.
