Visible crew/equipment: When Boone climbs up the vines toward the plane, in the first wide shot there is a rather conspicuous round CG blur at Boone's left hip that moves as he moves. Then, in some following wide shots the black stunt belt at Boone's waist is perfectly visible as he makes his way up. In Boone's close-ups no such aids are on his body. (00:30:35)

Visible crew/equipment: After Kate cuts the "noose" line, Charlie and Jack fall, and when Kate jumps down a large piece of white equipment pops up on the left of the screen, just as she lands on the ground. Then, when Jack refuses to give up and resumes CPR, in Kate's close-up as she cries, "Stop," some more equipment is visible behind her on the left of the screen. (00:34:15 - 00:36:20)

Visible crew/equipment: When Jack is precariously hanging over the cliff, the thick safety wire attached to the front of Jack's waistband is quite visible in a few shots, as he moves about. One such instance is two shots after Locke says, "Take my hand." (00:21:35)

Visible crew/equipment: While Jin is cuffed to the wreckage, Sun points to her wrist and explains in Korean, but Sayid shouts, "The cuffs stay on!" At the start of the next shot, a crewmember's arm is seen holding the reflector screen to Sawyer's left, as he makes a sarcastic comment. (00:09:30)

Visible crew/equipment: On Skull Island, when Carl says, "No one has lived here for hundreds of years," the distinctive reflection of the reflector screen is visible in the lens of Preston's glasses, as he looks down; there are other moments in the film where this happens with characters' eyeglasses.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mrs. MacReady meets the Pevensie children at the train station, the reflector screen is reflected in the lenses of her glasses, as she looks down when she speaks to them. It is also visible when the children first arrive at the house, when Mrs. MacReady says, "There shall be no disturbing of the professor." (00:07:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. This mark is not on the platform in either the previous or following shots. (00:17:40)

Visible crew/equipment: In Mary Ann's kitchen, just as Ray comments, "Ok, well you hungry? I'll get you some food," the clear reflection of a male crewmember moving around is visible in the glass window behind Ray. Then just as he says, "This is ketchup and mustard," another older male crewmember is visible directly in front of Rachel's reflection. (00:35:45)

Visible crew/equipment: When Robbie gets out of Tim's car there are two of the crew's chalk marks on the sidewalk - one long blue line in front of Ray and an orange arrow near the trunk of the car. They are gone when Rachel leaves the car. (00:05:00)

Visible crew/equipment: In a number of shots within various scenes, the reflections of the reflector screen and set lights are briefly visible in the lenses of characters' glasses, such as Rita Skeeter's, or in characters' eyes.
Visible crew/equipment: After Will tells Jack that he can get him out of prison, he lifts a wooden bench to use for leverage and says, "And the proper application of strength..." In the next close-up of the bench as it's positioned at the cell bars, a crewmember's fingers are gripping one of the bars at the bottom right corner of the screen. (This is only visible on VHS.)

Visible crew/equipment: When Gracie spots "Fake Dolly," Dolly runs and Gracie begins her pursuit. Then just as Gracie trips on the luggage cart, her pretty orange blouse flies up at the back and Sandra Bullock's mic transmitter is visible at the back of her pants. (Note that a bit earlier, after Sam elbows Gracie in the ladies room, it isn't there as Gracie stands up.) (00:48:00)

Visible crew/equipment: As Sarah, Ludo, Hoggle and Sir Didymus finally walk into Goblin City and reach the fountain, they face the stairs with the surrounding spike walls. In the next two shots, the Goblins appear behind the spiked walls, and in the second shot, on the right, a puppeteer's arm - wearing a short sleeved blue shirt, is amusingly visible under his Goblin soldier puppet; the top of the head of another puppeteer is visible to his right.
