Visible crew/equipment: As Norrington says in the wide shot, "Jack Sparrow, isn't it?" to which Jack replies, "Captain Jack Sparrow, if you please sir," there is a black-haired crew member wearing a white shirt who is crouched down behind Jack. Really! He's also visible when Mullroy says, "These are his sir." (Visible ONLY on the video version.)

Visible crew/equipment: After stealing Interceptor, on deck Will sharpens his sword as he says, "When I was a lad...my mother raised me...I came out here looking for my father," and Jack responds, "Is that so?" Visible crew/equipment: As Norrington and his men board the Dauntless he says, "Search every cabin, every hull down to the bilges." Visible crew/equipment: At the blacksmith shop, after Will grabs the sword out of the fireplace just as he and Jack begin to duel around the post, in the wide shot, black straps with attached wire cables are clearly visible around both Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom's right ankles. Visible crew/equipment: At the Swann home, after the shot of Will nodding to the passing butler, when Governor Swann walks down the stairs as he says "Ah, Mr. Turner," a mat is visible on the foyer floor between the chair and table. The mat is also visible when Will flips the sword. However, when Governor Swann, Elizabeth and Will leave the house, the mat is gone. (This is ONLY visible on the video version.).

Visible crew/equipment: As Will and Jack duel up top in Brown's shop, in two close-up shots a large plank is visible at their feet with two long black marks along each side detailing where the beams are supposed to be, so that Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp know where to land as they supposedly leap from beam to beam and feign keeping their balance. Visible crew/equipment: At the end of term feast, Dumbledore stands and says, "Another year gone." In the next shot of the Gryffindor table, part of the camera equipment is actually visible at the lower right corner of the screen. (01:17:55)

Visible crew/equipment: After the Queen attacks the Knight's horse during the chess game, Ron goes flying back and falls. In the shot as he hits the ground, the black protective gear that he wears is visible when his grey T-shirt rolls up and the button on his left cuff is open, yet closed in the next close-up. Visible crew/equipment: Hermione opens the door to Fluffy's room when she says, "Alohomora!" so she, Harry and Ron could hide from Filch and Mrs. Norris. As Ron closes the door the top of the third floor corridor set is visible at the top of the screen. As an aside, when Ron repeats, "Alohomora!" look at Hermione's face. (01:02:00)

Visible crew/equipment: In the Key room after Hermione asks, "What's this all about?" Ron takes his wand out and starts for the door. In the wide shot facing the door as he and Hermione pass to Harry's left the BAR attached to the underside of the broomstick bristles is visible. It is not visible in other shots. (01:58:30)

Visible crew/equipment: After entering the Key room Harry says, "They're not birds... I'll bet one of them fits that door," and as they reach the levitating broomstick, at the bottom right corner of the screen, the shadow of the overhead boom mic moves on the floor. (01:58:20)

Visible crew/equipment: On the Hogwarts Express, as Ron says, "This is Scabbers by the way," the acrylic string/wire which is attached to the bottom of Bertie Botts box, that is over Scabber's head, is perfectly visible. (00:36:05)

Visible crew/equipment: Harry, Ron and Hermione are in Hagrid's hut and the egg inside the cauldron in the fireplace starts rattling. In the shot looking up at Hagrid from behind the cauldron, at the top left of the screen in front of the fireplace, as Hagrid retrieves the egg a piece of equipment comes down then quickly goes back up and at the top in the center there is a small black film square that is not part of the fireplace. Visible crew/equipment: Harry, Ron and Hermione run to Hagrid's hut to tell him that they know about the Stone and they knock on the door. As Hagrid opens the door in the first shot looking out, Harry stands behind his tape mark and Hermione and Ron visibly stand behind their shared black tape MARK on the step. (01:38:35)

Visible crew/equipment: Dumbledore tells Harry that he will move the Mirror of Erised and not to go looking for it. In the following shot Harry walks outside in the snow with Hedwig on his arm. In the close-up of Hedwig, the jess (strap) around his left leg is visibly tethered to Harry's sleeve. The inside of Harry's sleeve also has a strap that secures the sleeve around Harry's wrist. Hedwig is obviously not tethered in the next shot. (01:36:45)

Visible crew/equipment: While Harry is in Dumbledore's study, in the two semi-overhead shots as Lucius Malfoy says, "So it's true. You have returned," and later when he says, "Come Dobby, we're leaving," sitting on the floor directly behind Dumbledore is a large STEEL piece of the crew's equipment, plus in the second shot another piece of equipment actually moves in front of the steel piece. Visible crew/equipment: Ron and Harry discuss the Basilisk's victims and, speaking of Mrs. Norris, Harry says, "There was water on the floor that night. She only saw the Basilisk's reflection." Just before Harry reads aloud from the paper again, the crew's gas torch canister with regulator and tip, that sits in a bucket beside another bucket, leans against the wall.
