Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Other mistake: Investigating the crime scene, Richard, facing away from Camille, asks what was the victim drinking. Camille is already going for the glass of rum before he asks the question. (00:03:00)
I hope that watching the scene it can be clear. Camille was busy taking some notes, and he is facing away from her. All of a sudden, he says "So, what was she drinking?" and while he is at "So" Camille is literally lunging to her side to go look at the glass. Neither had any possible way to get that kind of timing, and it's not played as a "Hey, we were both thinking the same thing! Jinx!" kind of gag.

Murder on the Day of the Dead - S7-E5
Other mistake: Something happened to Daisy Anderson, so everyone starts looking for her car. JP says it is locked, but in the close-up of Jack looking inside from the window, you can see the knob of the lock is pulled up. That car is unlocked. (00:06:50)

Murder on the Day of the Dead - S7-E5
Other mistake: The day of the murder was February 1st 2018, a Thursday, exactly as stated also by the answering machine early in the episode. When Jack checks out (really really late, while any investigator would have easily worked with that data right away, asking them to the provider even, together with the cell phone info) the victim's satnav, it says that her 1 PM trip happened "Sat", a Saturday. The Healer - S7-E4
Other mistake: The coroner report that mentions the nicotine poisoning has also as information in the first column that the victim came from the hospital with a suspected stab wound. That bit of information makes no sense and it's not mentioned in any way. Reused prop? (00:19:00)

Other mistake: The man (turns out to be a mafia bigshot) who goes to Iris' pimp Sport asks him if she's in the usual building, and walks off, no doubt about his intentions. It's broad daylight, and it's summer. Yet Travis, who is also on booze and pills after failing to kill the senator and surely did not bid his time, arrives in East 13th Street only when it's already pitch black outside, and the john is still with Iris in the 'work' room, with them being fully clothed and with the bed made (but she's on her knees so they are 'just about to do it'). (01:37:30 - 01:39:45)

Other mistake: Guido runs over the brigand who just gunned down his woman (and that for some reason is eager to literally jump in front of the car despite being in perfect safety before). The car approaches the lorry driving on sunny asphalt already bearing in front of the car clear marks of the dangerous overtaking. In the next shot the marks are gone and so is the sun. (00:11:00)

Other mistake: After a month of suspension, James can finally sell again The Big Issue. The issue he carries in the street though, is issue 1174, from early October 2015. Besides the anachronism, the first issue he was selling, well over a month before, was number 1175. (01:16:00)

Other mistake: Arthur watches Murray's show in the hospital room, he is able to see himself in the Pogo's Comedy Club performance. Forgetting how very contemporary this whole "viral video of person making a fool out of himself" dynamic is, and how astronomically unlikely it is that there would be taping of some open mike session in a club, it still makes in fact sense that there could be a recording of Arthur's performance, since there is a monitor backstage and in an earlier scene there was a guy with a camera on a tripod far in the back of the room when Arthur was taking notes. But in the video shown during Murray's opening there are 2 different angles of the performance, which are also different from the one show in the monitor backstage. Amateur night with 3 cameramen and a director/editor? Come on. (00:59:50)

Cucuruz Doan's Island - S1-E15
Other mistake: Amuro and Doan come out of the waterfall charging. Doan's Zaku shoulder-rams the opponent with the right shoulder, while probably he should have done it with the left one, spiked. Mistake, it happens. What should not happen is what ensues later; as the evil Zaku falls back, look at Doan's; the moment he starts running towards the downed opponent, the drawing is mirrored, and literally from one frame to the next he switches shoulder equipment (the shield moves from right to left). Cucuruz Doan's Island - S1-E15
Other mistake: When Amuro rescues the two pilots, he lies them down on the beach, side by side on what initially looks like a single tarp. Which can probably make sense, but when the first one dies, Amuro runs to the second, and now it seems that each had their own fancy beach towel to lie upon, which is doubtful being part of the standard Federation equipment. Other mistake: After the removal of the second bomb, the squad captain checks how much time is left till the explosion; 8 minutes, he says...as the minute hand turns and stops on 8, with an animation that does not make sense. (00:17:20)

Coming Home - S1-E13
Other mistake: The car waiting for Kamaria at the end of the episode as Amuro and Bright salute her, is drawn with or without glass in the windows. (00:21:00)
25th Feb 2020
Other mistake: During the first phase of the battle with the Zeon forces, in particular in close-up when Amuro botches the landing from the catapult and drags the mobile suit belly down onto the rocks, the V shaped head ornament is entirely red, instead of being red in the middle section and white in the fins. (00:15:40)
25th Feb 2020
Other mistake: The three comic relief kids burst into the bridge with hoover. The floor they are cleaning is a single smooth surface, but when Bright apologizes to them, they are standing on the only section with tiles. (00:06:40)

Icelina- Love's Remains - S1-E11
Other mistake: Amuro's Gundam changes relative size compared to the Gaw. The most egregious size problem happens when Amuro sticks the mace weapon into the Gaw, and somehow the staff used as weapon by an 18-meters tall robot, with a big energy attachment at the end, is small enough to run between two soldiers in a narrow corridor. (00:18:30)

Other mistake: The previous episode "The Deal", was supposed to be the season (and possibly series) finale, however it was aired out of order. Therefore in this episode and the next without explanation Jerry and Elaine are not romantically involved anymore, and Kramer pitches cable to Jerry as if he never had it before, mentioning "The naked channel" that was sorta the triggering factor of "The Deal" 's plot.
Suggested correction: As you said, the episodes were aired out of order. That doesn't make it a mistake because if you watch the episode in the order they were produced, there would be no mistake.

Other mistake: When George is taking off his sweater revealing the chocolate-smeared shirt, a woman in the background hilariously stares, looks down at the shirt and then eyerolls. She is behind him, though, and can't possibly have seen the stain. The shirt looks fine from the other angles. (00:16:30)

Other mistake: Meeting with the suspects for the first time, Jack is flipping through the brochure with the player profiles while "The prof" is saying that logistically speaking the murder is impossible. Jack looks down at a page, but the close-up shows a different one. (00:08:35)

Other mistake: The intro is capped by something supposedly cool but hilarious for the wrong reasons; Kirsten Stewart gets thrown off the top of a building (just for funzies) by her colleague; she emerges though a few seconds later, barefoot on the landing skid of a helicopter. Besides praising her luck for not getting chopped by the blades, the quality of the CGI of the helicopter is low, and while it's a movie cliche to have helicopters definitely quieter than their RL counterparts, here it's strikingly absurd; a helicopter a few meters away from a skyscraper would have not just alerted the baddies, but rattled every window and cutlery on the table; here they make just barely enough wind to puff the curtains leaving undisturbed Tang's hair and Patrick Stewart's jacket.

Other mistake: The Angels do a clean sweep of all the bad guys, tie them up and put their heads in bags. It's kind of a plot point that they have all the baddies perfectly packed up and ready for delivery. However when Bosley makes his entrance, there's a guy in the elevator he leaves behind, the door closes and nobody 'bags' and/or ties him up. He's just unaccounted for. (00:05:10)
