Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Other mistake: The General and Blore search the Doctor and the Judge's bag when the clock in a close-up strikes 8. When the doctor in an outbursts dumps Vera's bag on the floor, he stands by the clock that now shows it's 9:35. (00:05:05)

Other mistake: There are heavy winds and persistent snow in an alpine resort, snowing every night, but throughout the whole movie even when Lombard goes to check the open door at night there's no hint of breath cloud on anybody.
4th Jun 2020
Other mistake: Lombard supposedly just pretended to drop the key inside the chandelier while he palmed it instead, but A) you can see the shadow of the key in the glass bowl and B) the noise comes with a timing and pitch that could be explained only by a key dropped, not banged against the rim. (01:11:05)

Other mistake: The singer dies like he's been shot, screaming out and with a violent movement. Nobody in their right mind would say that he passed out drunk, but a couple of guests just assume that. Somehow with such a theatrical and violent death the glass stays also intact and with enough liquid to be examined later. (00:23:40)

Other mistake: When the General tells the story of how he received the invitation, he mentions that Owen claimed friendship with someone else who was also supposed to be there. Turns out that the Judge was supposed to meet 'legal friends', and Mrs. Bergen meet people from the film business. It's hard to imagine how anyone - especially one with the General's temper, or a capricious film star - would fail to mention the fact earlier and calmly go on with the situation when it should have been obvious hours earlier that the people they were supposed to meet not only were not there, but were not expected nor even supposed to be. Anyone would have been livid about being so blatantly conned from the beginning. (00:19:00)
3rd Jun 2020
Other mistake: In the flashback of the denouement, Dr. Armstrong is shown dead face down on the beach, with the feet pointed ashore and the head to the sea. Mr. Owen takes also a sip from that Armstrong's flask and tosses it in the sand without capping it. However, Vera and Lombard found a corpse face inland and feet to the sea, and a flask with its lid in place. (01:28:50 - 01:34:40)

Other mistake: Kazuya's ending contains a couple mistakes; he mentions "Many opponents much stronger than they wait for me" (should be "Stronger than him", or "than that", or "Many much stronger opponents."), he says "Oh...I've I'd known this was going to happen" and there's even a pretty epic "COLL" instead of "Cool."

Other mistake: Sean is seventeen, and he goes to high school (and without knowing a word of Japanese, he somehow gets by). Neela is a classmate of his, so she should be around his age; she was raised in Japan. When she drives him down the mountain road she starts a nostalgic reminiscence about the time when she got her license "Once I got my license, I practically lived up here. Back then, kids just drove what they had. You know, we just made do. No one bothered us." She's reciting lines like she's an old lady talking about ye days of old; she's supposed to be a teenager! And you get a driving license in Japan at 18, she shouldn't even have one, and if she did, she got it very recently. (01:01:00)

Is Lupin Burning... ?! - S1-E1
Other mistake: The logo of the evil organization, Scorpion, contains just a little misspelling. It's missing the R. (00:02:50)

Other mistake: When the judge and everyone else observe and comment the fact that two figurines are broken, nobody has a clean line of sight to them; they talk about what the movie spectator is seeing. (00:24:30)

Other mistake: When we see Rogers remove the record from the sleeve, the grandfather clock behind him shows it's 9 o'clock. Several minutes follow as the recorded voice lists all the crimes of the 10 Indians, and in particular when Mrs. Rogers faints, behind her you can see the clock is still stuck at 9 o'clock. The clock returns to advance, and does it quickly, after Rogers hands the note to the judge and Mrs. Rogers yells at him. (00:12:50 - 00:16:10)

Other mistake: In the opening story of the Divine Cloth Shiryu event, Shiryu calls his son "Ryuho", but when he answers, the name in the box is "Shoryu." It keeps going back and forth during the dialogue.

Other mistake: Finally the gang is set free; the policeman says "Your bail arrived." Magnum asks "Carol Douglas?" But Carol's last name is Baldwin in the other episodes she's involved in. (00:35:30)

The Case of the Red-Faced Thespian - S4-E12
Other mistake: As said in the ending, Lady Cynthia Warrington-Stout was on Higgins' bed when she was found; the room looks nothing like Higgins' room as shown in Foiled Again (3-8).

Other mistake: Christopher Reeve's nurse has just installed the camera, and they are showing it to Daryl Hannah. During a close-up of Jason Kemp's camera displayed by a monitor, she notices that the woman victim of domestic abuse is wearing too much make-up for that time of the morning, no doubt to hide the results of the beating she took. Jason does not move the camera at that point, but a minute later he (it actually looks like she is the one doing it, but there's an engine buzz so it should be Jason operating it, not her turning it by hand) rotates it to the right. The visual in the monitor is unchanged from earlier even if the camera moved. (00:33:30 - 00:34:30)

Other mistake: In the arcade version (available also for Saturn and PS1 in the Iren Arcade Classics collection) of this game inspired by a Jackie Chan movie, the protagonist, Kung-Fu master Thomas, sees both his martial art and name butchered in "Kanfu" and "Tohmas."
